FoodNetwork Reviews Summary

The company's reputation is increasingly tarnished by customer dissatisfaction, primarily stemming from perceived declines in programming quality and a lack of engaging content. Viewers express frustration over repetitive shows, perceived arrogance from hosts, and a shift away from the original cooking-centric focus. Additionally, customers report poor customer service, citing unresponsive support regarding issues such as lost recipes. While some fans still appreciate select shows, the overall sentiment indicates a longing for a return to the network's foundational values of culinary education and inspiration, suggesting a need for significant content and service improvements.

Used to love food network. Now ALL weekend mostly guy fieri. Please stop. A little of him ok but show after show is taking it too far. I would have given 5 stars if more variety.

Too much Guy F.
May 29, 2020

Why do we have like 12 hours of Guy F shows. The 3 D's & 3 G's. You can only take so much of him. Does he own you guys? You have hours a day with just his shows. Can't we have some variety? There must other chef's out there to offer a show. If you guys don't change I will change my channel

I like her and her 30 minute meals but when she has her husband on the show I have to turn it off. He is so obnoxious and full of himself! The fact that he allegedly cheated on her/ had affairs makes me dislike him even more. How she puts up with him I'll never know, but his personality makes watching her shows unbearable.

Enough is Enough!
May 25, 2020

Why do you continue to air Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives each weekend? Episode, after episode, after episode! Enough is enough is enough! Did I mention that this is enough?!

Should Guy Network
May 25, 2020

This has turned into the most boring channel. This was one of the reasons I canceled cable. They have gone so far from their original content I can't believe it's even the same channel.

We have enjoyed your programs for years. We were recently disappointed by your networks choice to air programming concerning amy schumer. This woman does not represent the family values we HAD come to trust on your network. Miss schumer is a morally bankrupt, filthy, person in our opinion. Your choice has brought us to the realization that we wish to boycott your network and sponsors. We will also encourage friends, family, and co-workers to do the same through social media. Your channel is blocked and we have also contacted DISH of our displeasure with your decision to air such a filthy human. Mr. Gregory Acres & Mrs. Jo Devine Acres.

WHY IN GOD'S NAME WOULD YOU CONSIDER AMY SCHUMER FOR A SHOW? I AM BOYCOTTING FOOD NETWORK! SHE IS A DISGUSTING, CLASSLESS, IGNORANT, BIGOT, SLOB, LIBTARD AND IS NOT A CHEF! DID SHE GET IT BECAUSE HER UNKY IS A CLOWN?

I love watching actual cooking now all you do for the most part is competition. Some of those shows are good but others are just too much.
What happened to Ina and Giada?
Not watching much any longer,.

Changes
April 25, 2020

I have watched and loved the food network for many years and at the beginning it was so very entertaining and packed with good recipes and chefs. Now it is packed with (sorry), but dumb cooking challenges. I enjoyed watching the chefs, not all of these challenge shows. I will admit I have completely loved these unscripted imperfect home cooking episodes. I was actually laughing at Pioneer Woman today as she burned a spoon. It was so much more realistic to actual home cooking where everything does not go perfect and it gets a bit messy. There is not a lot of yelling over one another to be heard or garner attention. I hope that you never go back to staged cooking shows again and that you will put either new up and coming chefs, or bring back some of the older ones that use to be on. I also use to love watching Guy now I am really tired of seeing him on all these really bad shows trying to be the main focus. Ps. Yes Giada we know that you have a chest. Bring back the class and drop the sass.

We watch Food Network when there's nothing else on. I can honestly say Ree Drummand is the only chef I like. Tom Colicchio is the worst, followed by Geoffrey Zakarian, Alex Guarnaschelli, Bobby Flay, Duff, Guy, Valerie Bertinelli, Anne Burrell & Tyler Florence. I guess you could say most of them. The shows they judge, they act so superior, so arrogant. These chef-contestants, come on these programs to learn for "the best" and are continually degraded. Cut them down to make you look better. Geez I give up on these $#*!s

I. C. A. G.
April 23, 2020

I love watching The Food Network... however I am so tired of Alex. So she won a competition... a lot of chefs have won awards. Everyone acts like she is an automatic win any time she competes and she is. Even if her dish was the worst. She is also super arrogant and I have stopped watching all shows she appears on. Also with shows like Chopped... does anyone stand a chance if they are going up against her or any other judge? No... why would you even want to try? I have seen many chefs that should have beat the judges and there is always a reason why they didn't. So rigged... come on!

Not good anymore
April 23, 2020

Can't believe how much this channel has gone downhill. Used to be good many years ago. Now just competition "Survivor" type mentality. They have run Chopped and Guy Fieri into the ground. Just lazy programming. Who wants to cook any of the dishes from those shows - NO ONE!

He should take his stupid sunglasses when talking into the camera. Dont say that he has an eye condition, he does not. I am so sick of his show. I do not watch Food Network anymore because it is all DDD. Read the reviews, I am not alone.

The Guy Fieri Network
April 10, 2020

Is The Food Network just the Guy Fieri Network? Is there anything else you can put on? Maybe some Instructional cooking shows would be nice, instead of just competition shows.

The food network should change its name to the Guy Fieri network. It is so discouraging to have the whole weekend with a marathon of him
Please mix it up a little. Loved the old format on food channel.

My wife and I really enjoyed this series until the final show. Brooke didn't plate the ice cream and if you look closely it was still in the bowl she pulled it from the machine in on the counter when time ran out. Her final dishes were flawed as well. Just another ploy to get a new face and new show. They wasted hours of our time and never again!

Buddy vs duff... i believe is not sanitary for cooks to be demonstrating with all their jewelry on... for me, it is a big turn off... your ratings are already down... for me. This is a real put off.

Take off your rings and jewelry.

Another Game Show?
March 26, 2020

What happened to cooking? First, you overloaded us with Pioneer Woman and now it's all Guy and his son. Where are Barefoot Contessa, and all the others who were helping me to cook?
