I love everything about Food Ireland! It was my first experience with this type of organization, but it won't be the last. The staff is amazing, their prices are extremely fair, and the selection is huge! I was very impressed with their customer service as well.
I have made many orders for their Bachelors baked beans in the past. Each time I order, the cans get more and more dented. I have brought this to their attention, they don't give a toss. Worst customer service ever. The last batch were inedible. Buy elsewhere.even Walmart sells them online. Food Ireland sucks!
This was my second order from Food Ireland for the Irish Soda Bread I so love when I visit. I am so excited to be able to purchase it boxed and make it fresh with ease. The first time I got it and made it, I actually got tears in my eyes. Food doesn't usually make me emotional but it tasted just like it did sitting in the cottage in Finore.
I got Donelly's breakfast sausage and rashers. I also got Tayto cheese and onion. Oh my, it's so good. It's like I'm back in Ireland.
Very pleased with their meat quality (espcailly the ham) and when I contacted the cusotmer sevice they answered all my questions and concerens! Thanks again will buy more!

your website does not allow me to sign in. As you can see from my account, I order a lot from you but will not allow me to sign in which is a nuisance

real easy. Great service thank you very much. Seemed kind of crazy ordering flour from so far away but my wife and I couldn't find Irish seed bread or the right flour in the states. We're going to have the kids and grandkids over for a bread making day. Thanks again. Phil

annoyed it cleaned out all the items I had in my shopping basket...also annoying that you say no on followed and box to fill in still pops up
great site. great selection. only need to be able to modify the cart on the checkout-cart page. i like to add to my cart & modify at the end--i end up buying more that way & I think others would too
Been shopping here since 2013 always great but had major hassle finishing order today.passwords wouldn't work, several new temporary passwords would not work.Usually past history of both parties will auto fill.This time I had to complete information multiple times and then was lost.lot of hassle with passwords.Should automatically pick up on addresses as I've sending to same addresses since 2013.
It was great to be able to select the food items separately, rather than in a preprepared hamper, where some items are wished for but others not.

It was a quick easy experience, and if I'm able to receive my order before a Christmas as I have requested, then you are doing something that the UK sites could not do.
The bread was not as fresh as I hoped
The mince pies were broken
Also two packs of sausages were put in the trash as there were brown in color
I put several items into my cart last night, while signed into my account, but when I signed back in this morning to check out, the items were no longer saved in my cart.
The address and shipping page kept reloading after I clicked continue. Had to refill fields several times.
There's no indication of when the item will ship or be delivered. I would have like to set my delivery date.
