Food Ireland

I have made many orders for their Bachelors baked beans in the past. Each time I order, the cans get more and more dented. I have brought this to their attention, they don't give a toss. Worst customer service ever.
The last batch were inedible. Buy elsewhere.even Walmart sells them online. Food Ireland sucks!

I love everything about Food Ireland! It was my first experience with this type of organization, but it won't be the last. The staff is amazing, their prices are extremely fair, and the selection is huge! I was very impressed with their customer service as well.

This was my second order from Food Ireland for the Irish Soda Bread I so love when I visit. I am so excited to be able to purchase it boxed and make it fresh with ease. The first time I got it and made it, I actually got tears in my eyes. Food doesn't usually make me emotional but it tasted just like it did sitting in the cottage in Finore.

Very pleased with their meat quality (espcailly the ham) and when I contacted the cusotmer sevice they answered all my questions and concerens! Thanks again will buy more!

I got Donelly's breakfast sausage and rashers. I also got Tayto cheese and onion. Oh my, it's so good. It's like I'm back in Ireland.

I left my feedback via Facebook messenger...but the ordering process is very buggy and not at all intuitive. Furthermore..these issues are the same problems that were reported to you over 13 months ago by other clients.

would love if more items were shown per page but the food was delicious! A perfect Christmas taste of home! Will definitely be ordering again - have not found Irish type meats that good in the us! Thank you!

Once again, my Ireland born mother (who now lives in Maine) was thrilled to receive the sausages as a surprise!
She always raves how delicious they are!

Easy to use site and had the products I was looking for at what I feel are very reasonable prices.
Even though they stated via email that their processing would take 3-4 business days the packages arrived quicker than I anticipated.

I do recommend allowing customers to type in a brand name such as "Barry's Gold 80 bags" and seeing ALL purchasing options at once. Your Barry's 2 and 3-pack options appear miles away on the last page. One must search every page to find them.

Great experience with Food Ireland.Easy to order and look up items.
Received goods in good condition. Was able to put them straight into freezer.
One tip if possible pick perishable items up at your local UPS store before they go on truck. This way they are not sitting in a truck all day.

Delighted you have such a great selection! Thanks very much guys! Seems to be some issues with UPS giving the wrong delivery dates so I was a bit disappointed to pay that much for shipping when they are really all over the place.

Fine as usual. Shipping's a little steep, but it was very fast and the box was carefully packed. Considering what others charge, it averages out. Your prices are more than fair, and I can always count on the flour to be fresh.

It's many years since I left Ireland but there are some foods I don't want to part with. Food Ireland's selection is very good and the prices are fair, especially when they offer 'specials.' Customer service and delivery are always great.

After I logged in, the website crashed by not displaying any products. I got around it by adding things to my cart before logging in, but I think many customers may have given up. You should extend the date of the 10% discount offer. No one can call for customer assistance on the weekend.

Shipping is expensive on this site. Please have my frozen meats packed facing each other so the outside carton acts as extra insulation considering I can only afford the ground shipping. Thank you so much!

I appreciate this website for providing Irish goods but shipping costs are way too high. Also, lots of items like Brennan's breads were out of stock. I wish there were more options since Christmas time is when I order these foods for the most part.

I ordered 2 loaves of Brennan's bread. One of the loaves was burnt. I contacted your company last week but still haven't received a message back on the follow up. Very disappointed and will probably not order any future products.

Online chat was totally useless. I was asking about differences in flour, Joanne said she "does not bake" and referred me to Google and the Internet. Surely there is someone at Food Ireland who bakes and knows this info. And when I asked which is the more authentic-tasting Irish meat/sausage/pudding, the answer was "they are both popular." Again, appeared to have no experience or insight into the products. If you're going to offer online chat, please utilize people who are familiar with your products enough to answer specific questions. I ordered anyway, but the chat was utterly useless.

As its my last year to be send my family these delicious treats to my US family I know you are a tried and trusted company.(I have terminal lung cancer). The will light up their eyes this Easter. Thank you for your professionalism. x

Thank you for being here. My Dad died in Ireland December 21, 2016 . My mum of 89 years is flying in Saturday so we will celebrate his life and make her feel at home with Food Ireland. We love this system and its so easy to use.

I opted to pay via paypal as there was not a secure connection on Food Ireland when asked for my credit card information. I have a different billing address than shipping address and since I went through Paypal, the site automatically filled in my addresses the same and would not allow me to change it. I'm now not sure the order will process. This is frustrating.

I always have an excellent experience ordering from Food Ireland. The website is easy to use and the prices are great! I can buy some Irish teabags locally but they are way more expensive and not as fresh.
