I purchased this hoping to recover photos...didn't work and they kept charging me for 3 months. Contacted customer service and they kept giving me the runaround. No help at all. DO not use them :( ZERO STARS

I purchased a lifetime product from them one year ago. But I have replaced a new computer recently, then the software told me the code was valid. I need it urgently to backup my phone, so I reached out to support and asked for help. They said the code needed to be reset in my situation and it would take some time to be done. But! After a few hours, they emailed me and told me it has been reset successfully! I like how quick they reply and how efficiently work.

Incompatible with most androids and will not refund your money under most circumstances. Not sure if it even works if you have a compatible device.

Thank God I downloaded the free trial of FoneDog's data recovery for PCs, backup drives, etc. and didn't just buy it because it was much cheaper than EaseUS!

This program is sitting on 5 1/2 hrs of the deep scan, and it STILL hasn't found one single file! When I scanned my Seagate with the EaseUS software, it literally found 42,527 (84.65 GB) lost/corrupted files in just 23 minutes!

This program should be taken off of the market because it is a total SCAM!
The saying I've heard since a little girl, "You get what you pay for" is SO TRUE with this software!

My iphone pushed a reset on me and ive lost all my data. Purchased this to recover and after the scan the data coming back is from the cloud, useless

Worst experience ever purchasing software. Tried the software and it clearly didn't work. They wouldn't issue a refund. I accepted that and I told them to cancel the same day. A month later, I get another charge. After much back and forth through 3 different website, they refused to issue a refund.

They won't refund bc their Extract software bc doesn't work on my s10e. They blame me for not knowing

Having bought the license for a month and everything was fine. But recently I suddenly couldn'tuse it So I turn to the support center. The support team acted quick to my email and helped mesolve the issue as expected. Such a good service makes all things easier. Will purchase again for the satisfactory software and excellent service！

They are always willing to help and provide satisfying solutions to customer's issues. I was going to buy the product iOS Data Recovery for Mac but I accidentally purchased the Windows version. The support staff were helpful and kind, also so professional to my needs. I've got the good results for this issue. Thanks again!

Rip off. Does not retrieve or recovers deleted texts as advertised for Android phone. No customer support except a bot. Auto renewal on cc must be in fine print because didn't see. Options were 1mo, 3mo or 1 yr. I paid $29.95 plus tax ($31.75) for 1 month because free trial said I had to go paid for retrieving deleted text messages. Bought only 1 month. Didn't work. Only copies your phone to a computer of still existing texts you can already see on phone. Cancelled after 5 hrs of trying to get paid version to work. It DOESN'T.
I stopped using phone when texts were deleted. No photos, no texts, and turned phone on airplane mode. Did not overwrite data, no backup on phone. Called my ph company & recommended 3rd party app to retrieve deleted data. Bought correct version for my Android phone tried free version for 4 hours with Customer Sv Rep help and had to buy pd version. Worked on that for 5 hours. Does not work. All this does is tell you to root your phone then still does not work. Only see text still there, none of deleted text to my lawyer.
Only paid because I was desperate. Won't work. Cost $30 to unroot phone and possibly ruined phone. Won't give refund and then tells you that auto renewal monthly is on your cc.

I meant to cancel my subscription a month ago, I forgot, so they Charged me $29.95 That one is on me.

I told the Bot to Cancel my Subscription & refund my $29.95 for this month. I did not get any response until today & it shows they withdrew $29.95 form my account today April 27th.

This software has saved my black screen phone! It's been two days and I couldn't find a one hundred percent guaranteed solution till my friend recommended this software to me. Thanks to FoneDog, I finally saved my data from the dead phone. Well appreciated for this excellent and reliable product!

Although it's my mistakes from a certain point of view, they still gave me 100% refund. So I believe there's nothing to worry about if you're considering buying their products. I must say it's the best experience. Love it.

After purchased the product my computer couldn't recognize my phone. I sent an email for help and the support center are quick to return my message. They suggested me to change a USB cable and try again. It's true that the former USB cable is broken. They are patient even for this kind of personal questions. Absolutely fantastic service.

Do not purchase! Does not work to recover or backup any information. Refuses to honor their money back guarantee and has the worst customer service.

NO PRODUCT, NO SUPPORT, AND NO RETURN RESPONSE. After paying 39.95 when the product was advertised as being on sale for 27.95, the download failed to open. Thinking it was a file type problem, I went to the app store to download a file viewing app to handle multiple files, the file would still not open, and only presented as a bunch of scrambled symbols. Sending a reply on the fonedog's email they sent confirming the charge and download exe, there was no email response, or any indication of ability to stand by the product or help trouble shoot. If there was a zero rating star, i would enter that. Unless someone in this organization provides satisfaction, i can not endorse this product!

The worst customer support ever, the software doesn't do the job and they do not tell you that you should root your phone before purchasing. I requested a refund 30 minutes after purchasing and they never replied.
