It's always been a nice experience shopping from this store. There are times I had issues, but they resolve it fast.

Shipping can take forever depending on your location, however customer services is great and they are quick to provide answers.

After 3 years buying almost monthly, I can say that FP is a great shopping site

Sometimes the delay in shipments nerve-wracking, is perhaps its weakest point because it is very random, but not 100% of it depends

What they should improve without doubt, is the packaging!

Ja fiz várias compras na loja, a última foi um tablet Sanei N79 com chip interno. O tablet chegou intacto com todos acessórios prometidos. O produto chegou com 43 dias, mas normalmente não passa de 35. A demora desse é porque foi taxado na alfândega. Mesmo com a taxa foi compensador.

Excelente sitio donde se consiguen muy buenos productos pero sobre todo a excelentes precios. Envíos a TODO EL MUNDO!

No le doy 5 estrellas porque demora mucho en llegar (al menos a Argentina). Entre 30 y 60 días corridos, me parece excesivo. Por todo lo demás, excelente sitio de compras.

Good products, good delivery to my country and no problems with nothing...

Focal price is the site where you can find stuff cheaper the 90% of other sites.
Somethimes the got problem with resupliment for some tihems and once or twice item didn't arrive, but the geve back all of the money that I paid for the items (smart phones).

So, If you want to buy cheap smart phones this it the site for you.

The site is very good to find electronic products and gadgets, the only disadvantage is the velocity of the page, it is very slow the charge of the page and many times it claps, all the products are fantastic.

My last shopping in Focalprice.com is two month ago.
And it is my first shopping with China online shop.
I bought a cell phone that its price is not more than $200.
It need almost 4 week for shipment to Jakarta, Indonesia.

My conclusion is:
( +): abundant valuable coupon, fast response, free shipping, small prices, good looking and informative web site.

( -): its packaging need to be strengthen (it only use thin polyethylene and paper)

Recomendation: it will be better if focalprice provides another method of shipment rather only China Post. Buyer may prefer quicker shipping although its not free (like DHL or Fedex).

Un sitio confiable. Con productos de calidad, variados, y a muy buen precio. Y donde las consultas, dudas o inconvenientes, además, no tardan más de 24 hs en ser atendidas.

There are a lot of a good price items :) The biggest advance is the fastest delivery from China I know. The biggest fall is no option to compare "the same" items and pure collection of keywords to select step by step. More you buy more discounts you able to get.

Very good but for italy too much time to receive the device
