I ordered some rectangular shaped foam back in early March to replace the foam in my sofa cushions. Having the shapes on the homepage made the whole process super easy. I measured the length I needed for the cushion pieces and just plugged the dimensions in.

I had contacted their customer support and asked for a recommendation for the right type of foam to use. They said High Resilience foam as it's the most comfortable and longest lasting for sofa cushions. I went with their recommendation and am pleased with it. The foam arrived promptly and so far is holding up great.

I travel a lot and ordered Charcoal foam for delicate items per the recommendation of a lovely customer service representative (Josephine). I am so impressed with the quality and functionality. Perfect.

I placed an order on June 23 and received it on July 16. I sent email after email and only received an answer to my first inquiry. They told me to sign into my account to see the order, which I did, which wasn't there. I finally resorted to calling them. They were very vague and not helpful at all. Told me it had shipped several days before it actually did. They also got the measurement wrong. The size I ordered was not the size I got, even after waiting for it to relax. That also was not something they had told me about. Never will do business with them again.

I placed 2 orders with this company. The first was for (2) 20 inch cylinders with 3/4 inch hole through the center. They said, no problem. I received 2 20 inch cylinders with 1 and 1/2 inch hole through the center. No response to my emails. The 2nd order, I placed before receiving the first order... my mistake. They got the sizes correct, but I had 7 miscut pieces (quality issue). No response on that problem either. I am taking my business elsewhere.

I ordered just one piece of rectangular High Resilience Foam from foamonline.com on Feb 12th and received the shipment on March 3rd. The order confirmation noted the shipment will take between 7 to 14 business days to ship. The shipment time was spot on within the noted timeframe. And more importantly, the product is exactly what I needed and expected. Foamonline.com has a chart on their website listing out all the types of foam that they sell, with different density weight and the ILD firmness values for reference. For my project to reupholster an old office chair, I picked the High Resilience Foam with the rated 50-Firmness level, which is exactly what I needed for my purpose. It couldn't get any clearer than that. Yes, the wait for the shipment was long, but it was clearly communicated to me. And the final product is perfect. So, a very well-deserved 5-star.

They allow any input of size but there is a 96" maximum for any piece so they'll cut your requested piece into sections. That 96" maximum is not mentioned ANYWHERE during the ordering process or that larger pieces will come in sections and are meant to be adhered together. When you advertise custom sizes and shapes, that's important information. Apparently this is mentioned in a note at the very bottom of the final checkout page only, where you input credit card information, under the payment terms. I had tried to find that information before I ordered but because it wasn't mentioned when I picked my size, I assumed I'd get the size I requested and not three smaller pieces. When I asked for a refund, they told me larger pieces are meant to be adhered together. That information should be made clear when you select the size so you know what to expect. Totally dishonest that they knowingly make this info available only in an area where you wouldn't notice it or look for it. I likely still would have ordered this foam, but would have done it entirely differently had I known this vital information when I designed the pieces using their system.

I've had the same old crummy pillow for as long as I can remember, and decided it was time to upgrade. When I was a kid my parents used feather pillows and they were so comfortable, so I wanted one of those. This website had them with duck feathers and goose feathers. I couldn't say what the difference between the two is, but I went with the goose which was a little more expensive. As I wanted to splurge. They have like 50 different pillow sizes but I just went with the standard one.

I don't know what crummy pillow I was using beforehand but the difference is night and day. The goose pillow is much heavier than my old pillow but also softer and fluffier. It reminds me of my childhood when I go to sleep at night.

Sometimes I drool on my pillows but so far I haven't been drooling since I've switched to this new pillow. Maybe it's just because I subconsciously don't want to ruin it! I can tell that this pillow is a quality product that will last me a long time. The pillow was also encased in a nice thick cover.

I ordered two custom-cut pieces of foam which took three monthsto arrive. Each time I called for an update, the same man answered as "Dave" and claimed that the order was just going out the door. When I reminded him that he had promised the same thing for several weeks, he became irrate and blurted "You can't expect everything overnight." When the foam finally arrived, it was
Stained and torn throughout (photos attached). Dave promised to reship the order, but it never arrived and he stopped replying to my inquiries. I filed a complaint with my credit card company, Dave lied bare-face to them that I received the order in perfect condition. However, when the credit card company saw the photos, they reversed the payment to FoamOnline, so I got my money back. So if anyone runs into a problem with FoamOnline, take photos and complain to your credit card company, because its the only way to recover your loss. (I am sure Dave will post a reply with a different version of things, since he seems to be pathalogical at telling tales.)

The quality of my foam pieces are phenomenal and so comfortable. Josephine and David were so helpful in answering all of my questions. Thank you soooo much!
