I used the FNP app for the first time on November 8,2025, and it was a very disappointing experience.
I ordered a specific type of flower that was shown as available on the app and paid through Tabby, planning to gift it to someone before their travel.

After waiting 1–2 hours, I received a call saying the flowers were not available, even though they were listed as in stock. This happened right before the person was leaving, putting me in an embarrassing situation.

I asked to speak with a manager to find a better solution, but was told no manager was available in the evening.
It's surprising that a company claiming to be a leading brand in the region has no management support after hours.

Poor service, no respect for customer situations, and inaccurate product information.
Very disappointing first (and last) experience.

Ferns N Petals is absolutely horrible! I placed an order on the 13th for a Valentine's Day delivery on the 14th, but nothing was delivered. When I tried following up, no one answered the phone, and my texts were completely ignored. I received no updates, and then, on the morning of the 15th, I got a message saying the order was "on the way"! It's a complete joke. This company is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I highly recommend you avoid them and choose another service. These guys are a scam!

They were so quick in delivering my order within 50min. Thank you FNP for helping our relation become so stronger.

I took almost an hour to select and order and then after adding delivery details at the final review page everything looked right and then i made the payment. Soon after making the payment, the order confirmation comes with delivery to "Victoria" (I never added such) and a different address. I panicked and tried contacting the whatsapp*******222 at 9.16 morning. The reply only comes at around 3.52 PM with the correct details as entered. I chose delivery between 8.00 to 10.00 AM and they confirmed that it will be delivered only at 17.00 to 22.00 hours. God knows if it will be deliverd or not. While i was panic, i tried calling their number *******676 and also the whatsapp number, no one bothers to pickup even.
So beware, if you want to ruin the day, go ahead and order through fnp.ae
