The people who respond to e-mail's have clearly never worked in a customer service position before, and don't understand how to handle customers - or apologize when they make an error.
I have no idea if all these posts are real or not - but honestly, I just don't care - its AWESOME. I say FML at least once a day and fmylife.com gives me the illusion that I am not the only one. I love reading through the different posts - it makes me feel normal which is priceless. Thank you and don't ever stop.
