I've always liked fms products. I have purchased them through Amazon in the past but recently decided to order from fms directly. That was a bad decision. Fms has responded me a total of 0 times. First I sent a message telling them I'm glad to be finally working with them directly, no response... OK maybe they're busy? A week goes by without any Information on my order... OK still busy? Then two weeks with 2 more emails still nothing. Never got my order or information pertaining. Had to reach out to the bank to settle it for me. Such a shame.
