I had used FlyNumber several years ago, and recently needed a virtual number in the USA. I subscribed to a number and not realising it? I subscribed again (my fault). I contacted Nick for help and he walked me thru the process with ease. I can whole heartedly recommend FlyNumber to anyone wanting a cost effective, but professional virtual phone system. Horrible customer service. Absolutely the worse in the industry. After you pay they just ignore you, they won't reply to email, phone or tickets. Even after you have explained that the service is not working. Stay away from flynumber!

Seems the company has a single Owner/Operator/Service guy, his name is Nick J.
He sends responses saying things are taken care of when they are not and that is when he actually manages to respond to an email. Most of the time your messages sit in your sent folder never getting a response.
The company has numerous support numbers listed that all seem to forward to the same phone that always goes straight to voicemail.
Seems like this company is dying and I would recommend you stay away from them.

Support tickets for lost services unanswered for several days. Account auto-payment top up not working despite valid card on file. Great company and fantastic services in past couple of years with a sudden nose dive taken. Shame really.

I tried signing up with them today. Each time i try to view their rates, i get an error saying "your ip address is banned" and that if i think this message is in error that i should contact their support. Well, i tried several going to their support contact page, same problem, i get banned from even getting the email address to their support. Very poor service. I wouldnt waste my money their
Sorry about that Andrew and sounds like you tried to sign up during a DDOS attack on us. We had fail-safes put in place however legitimate users did slip the cracks

They are the most Non-Professional company I have ever seen on www in my 16 years IT career.
First they require a lot of verifying documents Then they charged payment.
The phone number they delivered wasn't working.
Then they simply terminate the account and eat up the Money...

I wouldn't recommend FlyNumber. They take your payment and nothing happens. When you contact them they say they will 'update' you but nothing again. No phone number and when you do receive a phone number no calls.

Apologies on the late reply here, it seems James (or Daniel as we see some misinformation as far as the name) was unable to verify registration documents for a phone number he requested. We need to protect the relationship without partners/carriers. Either way, if he still needs a phone number we'd like an opportunity to restore his faith in our company by providing a free number for 3 months.
