My experience is a little skewed because of not having flown in many years, but your agent (Jasmine) was rather helpful throughout the process of reservation confirmation. There was some confusion on my part in making selections that resulted in charges that I was unaware of. Jasmine helped me get through them and corrected the error. She was difficult to understand at times when communicating with me but I appreciated her patience as I asked questions. Overall, a good experience!

Soeb was very polite and helpful. He promised to return my seat charges on my booking LCR3FZ after I accidently pushed a wrong selection on my booking with Spirit Airlines. The booking form at the seat selection section was confusing at best. There were only two choices:
Select your seats or Airline will select your seats. I should not have chosen either selection to not be charged the $83.88. Since the airline always selects and assigns my seats and I don't choose them myself, I did not realize there was a seat charge for making that selection. I'm sure a lot of other passengers make the same mistake. Thanks in advance for refunding the charge. Also, when I completed the booking I did not see the total cost of my purchase on the computer screen or I would have gone back and corrected my incorrect selection. Thanks Again. I booked my tickets and as the process continued, I also selected my seats as the site prompted me to. Low and behold, I was charged an extra $50 which was not made obvious at all! I was very annoyed by this and called customer service immediately. The supervisor was kind and refunded me the money for my seat selection without any fuss (should arrive in my account in 3 to 5 days). Thank you.

Orbitz advertized a flight then said we couldn't get it. Offered a different one ( at same price but not as convenient) and they accidentally hung up on us. They had our phone number during the uncompleted transaction but never called back. We called them and were on hold for 20 minutes. In the meantime, we found the original flight/price on your website and booked it. Hung up on them while the music played.

I accidentally chose seats which ended on a charge of over 100 dollars extra for the flights. I was annoyed by this but it was my mistake. I called to fix this thinking I would spend a long time on the phone explaining this. To my surprise, the gentleman I spoke to was super nice and fixed the issue very quickly!

First time using this site. Didn't want all the add on's and just deleted them. Only thing that came up additional was $26 for seat selection and in the fine print, seat selection was not guaranteed. What! But the price that was shown to me actually was the price with seat selection. Hope I am in the seats selected. Lower price than airline and other sites, with seat selection. Now, just hoping I can take one carry on with no additional charge!

It was an easy transaction and saved me couple hundred dollars. I was happy with the ease of use, and got my email confirmation almost instantly. I'd definitely use flyfar again

First time using this site for booking and so far so good. You do have to pay attention to the seat selection & additional fees though. Much easier to select your seat through the actual airline.

I was surprised how clear the layout was and easy it was to get through to the payment. However, the only complaint is the hidden seat fare. It was NOT obvious. It was asked as a preference and then the price was not listed, so I also got charged for a seat. Thankfully, they were wonderful on the phone, and got the charge rebuked without any fees or need to cancel the flight. I would say this was one of my best flight booking experiences, and if they take this advice about the hidden seat fee and make it straightforward, their amazing flight prices and layout could get them very popular on the internet!

Every thing looks excellent! I hope there is nothing hidden, but so far it looks good, i've been seen bad comments I hope is not my case!

Very prompt. Took no time to book and get my e tickets. But i never got an option to choose my meal that was the only drawback.

In less than twenty four hours I have made three reservations with your company. Two international. The company is new for me. Everything went smooth. Do you have a plan to get points like other agencies?

I had booked through this service on a flight for Spirit who is notorious for charging you extra to breathe air on their flights. Even though I was super careful making my reservation they still managed to charge me $400 for daring to answer their question of whether I preferred window or aisle seats (the question was forced and there was nothing indicating I would be charged either way I answered). When I asked FlyFar to please just refund the flight so I could make it again and try to be even more careful this time, instead they asked what had gone wrong and offered to refund the extra charges for "seat selection". No manager needed, no yelling, crying, or even pleading required. Thanks.

I booked on your website, easy to use, however the booking didn't seem to go through as there was no confirmation screen. I called and was speaking to a representative very quickly! They knew what to do and quickly confirmed my booking. Thank you!

They charged me for the seat selection even when I didn't select any seat, but customer service was nice and helped me to choose the seat.

It was pretty smooth, it would be good if you offered a no fee price guarantee. Anyhow all in all the experience was good.

Its my first time booking with Flyfat and I was surprise on how quick the response was in regards to the confirmation email and transaction. I also checked the registration confirmation number under the own airline and it all went super smooth.
I will leave another review once the travel days gets closer and I check in.

Great experience, had to make an adjustment, effortless. When applying for airfare, you're forced to give a passport number even if you don't have a passport. Took a while to figure this out. I just put "0."
