Liars and con artist scammers. I've called the company 9 times asking to speak to supervisor. Every time I was disconnected. They answer the phone with "reservations " I sends the lady 5 times was she American Airlines agent Snd all she would answer is how can I help you with your reservation. They ripped me off.

I booked a flight at a confirmed price, but the company later called to demand additional payments. When I requested a cancellation, they charged me a cancellation fee.

Do not use this company. I purchased 1 ticket from Boston Mass to Cleveland Ohio nonstop. After purchasing this tickets they called me 2 hours later saying there sorry but there's no more seats left on the plane. But if I wanted to pay an extra $230 there's magically seat left on the same plane. All the agent kept saying is "Did you not read the fine print" stating that all sales are final and there's no guarantee the sits will be available. Are you kidding me? If anyone wants to gamble there money and take a chance with this company by all means go ahead. After my experience with them, I don't know who would want to. Hopefully the BBB catches up to them, cause what there doing has to illegal and false advertising at the very least

When booked they stated $133.00 then they states flight is not available and you will have to pay more for the overnight flight rather than evening flight. Went on Suncountry and could get the round trip that I wanted for 178 dollars along with getting my seats picked. They stated $133 dollars and with bait & switch they charged me $157.98 plus 110.02 fees for a total of $268.00. Did not get to pick my seat. Will never use them again. Learned my lesson

First and foremost, this travel agency, stole a significant amount of money from me. Specifically, they unlawfully took $1158.20 of my hard-earned American Airline flight credits. This act of theft is not only unethical but also illegal, and it has left me feeling cheated and betrayed.

What makes matters worse is the deceptive manner in which this travel agency operates. When I originally called them thinking it was American Airlines due to their Google logo that day, as they are a Travel Agency, I was shocked to hear them answer the phone as "Thank you for calling reservations, cancellations, and changes." This response had nothing to do with a travel agency, but rather posed as the airline itself. This deliberate attempt to mislead customers is both deceitful and unprofessional.

The fact that this travel agency disguises themselves as the airline is deeply concerning. It raises questions about their integrity and credibility. If they are willing to deceive customers from the very beginning, it is difficult to trust them with any aspect of travel planning or assistance.

Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue and retrieve my stolen flight credits, they have shown no willingness to rectify their mistake or provide any form of compensation. They offer very cheap prices then call later to say that no seats are available. They find other expensive flights you need to take to avoid losing your original money. Customer service is only music for as long as you want to listen.

There are a scam, they will send a confirmation and then send another email with a cancellation. When you call back to their obnoxious and uneducated customer service they won't give their names or employee numbers and try to scam you for more money. I am going to miss my niece wedding because of these scammers. Spread this message to save others.
