The Customer Service sucks. The dresses my bridesmaids ordered are thin, chincy and don't even fit right. Cant be altered as they so poorly made they fray! And because the dresses were ordered over 30 days ago, well let me say they just don't give a $#*!. If you are smart check reviews for the site. Wish I would have.

Item Never Shipped

I ordered a dress that said it would be shipped in 24 hours. That was on March 1,2024. It is now May 4,2024 and the dress still hasn't been shipped. I have reached out to their customer service several times and I just keep being given different dates it is expected to ship. Now I'm asking for a refund and they are ignoring me. I will NEVER order from this company again.

I ordered two dresses on March 17,2024 and all I received the next day was a confirmation of my order with an order number. I have yet to receive my nor receive email with the tracking number. I have emailed them five times and have gotten one reply back, which is leading me to believe that this company flyby is a fraud. Please do not order from this company ever again and I will never order from this company as well.

Run away from this site

I placed an order for 2 tops on June 12,2023. They didn't even ship my order out until July 20th. I finally recieved my order on Aug 5,2023.
One of the tops was a completely different top than what I ordered, the other one is just poor quality.
Everything on the tracking said that it was shipped from Hong Kong but when I recieved the package the return address was an individuals name in FL. Why? I don't get that at all.
They sent me a $10 coupon for "all my trouble" To say the least I will not be ordering from them again!

Just DONT!

I ordered an outfit, said it would be here before I needed it. I got a shipped email, 10 days later, and an untraceable tracking number, I get another email that says it's still in HongKong. So I asked to cancel it. What a joke. Not going to be here on time. And I have no need of it. They won't cancel the order even though their response to another angry customer (look up other sites they have low ratings), if it's not there on time, they will cancel the order. Nope nope nope.

Beware
September 25, 2023

Ordered pantsuit for wedding. It took 10 weeks to arrive, which was too late. Tracking information was not accessible. When it arrived, it was too small. I could not pull top over my breasts. When i contacted the company they told me to take a picture of it on me or in front of me to prove it doesn't fit. They said I could leave my head out of the picture. Do not use this company!

Ripoff Company!

Ripoff company! Sent me a half finished dress and is only willing to give me a 50% refund unless I pay the shipping costs to return. I sent them pics of the dress and everything! SCAM! Dress was NOT like the picture!

Bought from Flycurvy and it was one of the worst online shopping experiences ever. I bought 5 outfits and only two of them were what I ordered (cheap but ok for one use). Then things got bad. I sent three emails to customer service with no reply. I finally sent an email to their complaint site and finally heard back from them. They requested I send pictures of the items, the item packaging AND the shipping package. I happened to have saved one of the shipping packages but this didn't seem to prove that I received the wrong orders. After weeks of emailing and waiting for them to respond, they offered me a fraction of what I paid. Why should I pay anything if I didn't get what I ordered?! Finally they responded that they are "sorry the item received differed from the picture (and description) but they sent the right item". How can the picture be different? I found an item and added it to the cart. So they're saying if the SKU's for the items are wrong - too bad. So basically it's a crap shoot and you won't get your money back.
DO. NOT. BUY. FROM. THEM!

Clothing cheap and tacky

I bought a dress that looked nice but was horrible. I never took it out of the wrapping. It had a t-shirt type top and printed on buttons. They also make it as hard as possible to return
