Beautiful flowers

I ordered for my mother's birthday. Since I don't live in NYC I was trying to find something local. I came across the site and loved their choices. I ordered and it was delivered accordingly. My mother was really happy and said she even walks by the shop all the time. I was very satisfied and happy they were able to deliver such beautiful flowers for my mom on my behalf.

ZERO STARS, NO DELIVERY on Valentine's day, $200 order, called them twice in 5PM and 9PM, both times they lied - we're in the area - we're crossing the bridge.
I ordered 48 hours before the date and my GF ended up with no flowers on Valentine's while I specified in the order - please don't let me down, What a shameless business!
