I must say that this was a shocker for me. I read through some of the reviews and prayed that my experience would be different, in a better way of course and I'm sorry for those of you who had an unpleasant experience with this vendor.

My wedding dress came in and it was beyond what I would have expected. The fit was perfect!, the dress is beautiful in person and you can't beat the price.

I was getting worried that I wouldn't receive my dress in time for my daughter's wedding but it came just in time. Unfortunately there were some problems with the dress. The folds under bust were sewn and pressed uneven and would not smooth right. There were little threads sticking out in quite a few places. I did not have time to shop for another dress so wore it. It was a little snug in the hips and shoulders were loose and too big. I did not gain or lose any weight after I sent in my measurements. I tried to use the code I was given when I first went to your website for a 5% discount (newuser5) and it wouldn't accept the code. Are you able to credit my credit card I used? Thank you
