I would strongly advise against ordering anything from Flormiss, especially custom items. My experience with this company has been an absolute disaster, and I feel compelled to share the details to warn others.

I ordered a custom-made dress for an important event, trusting their promises of accurate sizing, high-quality materials, and excellent craftsmanship. What I received was nothing like the advertised product:
The sizing was completely off, despite following their measurement instructions. The dress came in far larger than my provided measurements and was essentially unwearable.
The quality was atrocious. Beads were falling off, the stitching was poorly done, and the fabric looked cheap and nothing like the photos.
I reached out to their customer service multiple times, but instead of owning up to their mistakes, they blamed me, claiming they measured the dress "side-to-side," which is not what their website instructed.

After weeks of back-and-forth, the company refused to issue a full refund despite their clear errors. They offered me a partial refund (starting at 10% and eventually increasing to 60%), which is unacceptable for a defective and misrepresented product. Their excuse? A "custom order" is not eligible for return—even when it's their fault.

This company has demonstrated an appalling lack of accountability, professionalism, and customer care. I was left without a dress for my event, out of pocket, and completely frustrated by their dismissive and inflexible approach.

I trusted them to deliver on their promises, and they failed at every step. I will be sharing my experience across all platforms to ensure others don't fall victim to this fraudulent behavior.

Save yourself the money, time, and stress—do not order from Flormiss.

My Experience with Flormiss's Return Policy

I am extremely disappointed with Flormiss's return policy. The cost to return a product is $22.00, which is already high, but the most absurd part is that they only refund 15% of the original product cost. This is, without a doubt, the most unfair and discouraging return policy I have ever encountered.

It seems like this policy is designed to completely discourage customers from making returns. It doesn't matter if the product doesn't meet expectations or if there's an issue with it; the process is not only expensive but also leaves a bitter taste due to the lack of customer consideration.

I strongly recommend Flormiss to reconsider this system and adopt more reasonable, customer-focused policies like many other reputable brands. For now, I cannot recommend this store to others, as the return experience has been terrible.

The dress bodice I received was nothing like the picture I bought from, and the dress is painful to wear due to poor quality boning being out in the lining. They still refuse to let me return it

I ordered a dress to my measurements and received a completely different dress that was multiple sizes too big. The bottom of the dress is NOT AT ALL what the picture on the site looks like. Do not use this company!

Ordered a custom dress. They made the dress 2 inches too short. Since it's a custom dress, they refuses to give a refund. Quality of material is bad too.

As you can see in my photos there is a photo of the dress on the website I ordered and then there is a different awful dress I received. They refuse to acknowledge it's not the same and refuse to refund me as they say I ordered the dress.

The dress that I received was sooooo heavy with sequins, layers and train. And this was not the wedding dress---a dress for mother of bride/groom. So heavy there was no way anyone could wear this at a summer wedding. When I tried to return it, due to the weight of the dress and the fact that this company is in CHINA...it was going to cost over $200 to ship it back. Their customer service is the WORST! They would only give me 50% of the cost of the dress.
The weight of the dress was not disclosed on their website. Also, the website makes it look like a USA company...does not even have an address in the USA to send returns to. Total Scamm...BEWARE do not purchase from them. Then after I reluctantly said I would take the 50% refund…Now there is no response from the company and no refund! Terrible customer service!

Easy and convenient to receive an order but you have to go through a lot of red tape when it comes to returning your order.

I took a leap of faith in ordering prom dresses from a site I had never used. I was terrified that the dress would look cheap or not the same dresses in the pictures. I was pleasantly surprised the dress came out great and shipped in enough time.

I must say that this was a shocker for me. I read through some of the reviews and prayed that my experience would be different, in a better way of course and I'm sorry for those of you who had an unpleasant experience with this vendor.

My wedding dress came in and it was beyond what I would have expected. The fit was perfect!, the dress is beautiful in person and you can't beat the price.
