We switched to Pest Eliminators a year ago. Ben has been our Technician. He is professional, kind, funny, and always has a smile on his face. He comes on time, does his job, and always asks not just about any bug issues we have, but how we are! We had a horrible issue with "Ghost" ants when he first came to us. He applied some repellant under all our sinks, and they went away and never came back. The last company could never get them to go away. We love Ben and Pest Eliminators and we live bug free! We first met Joe a few weeks ago and after several attempts with various other bug control companies Joe has and is doing a great job controlling the problem. He is very knowledgeable and professional very pleased with him and the company. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They don't deserve ANY STARS, but to leave a complaint I had to leave 1 star. Stay away from this *******@Pest eliminaters at ALL COST. They treat once to get your money. When you renew they don't care about the service you get. I've now had 2 appointments for the same reason. With no treatment. Sent them out without correct Instructions and materials. I even called to confirm the treatment. When i called Lyndon he Hung up on me, The "MANAGER" because I called and complained and said it was not acceptable to have them come out another day. Now for a 3rd appointment have to be out of work again. We would switch but we will have to pay again for services, which has already been paid to this company. We will definitely not recommend this company or use them at the new house. When I asked for my money back, he said "you are not getting a refund. Bad business practices
