I am very happy with the employee Danny Kirby for helping us to choose all the material for my bathroom and more than anything for his patience and good attitude and for accompanying us to my truck to upload all the material, thank you for being so kind.

When I decided to remodel my bathroom I assumed it would be easy and fun. It certainly did not start out that way! After 2 weeks of tile searching in the stores and online, a friend told me to go to Floor and Decor. I said no way it is Orlando and an hour drive. It's worth the drive my friend said. I made an appointment with a designer named Ali Black. When I walked into the warehouse I had an immediate sense that my search was going to be over! Ali met me at the front door with a big smile all ready to help me design my bathroom. Within an hour I had my bathroom all figured out with Shower wall, shower floor and bathroom floor! Thank you Ali for designing my bathroom and making the process easy. And thanks to Samuel and Mykell for being at the warehouse at 7am so my project could be started by 830 the next day. I recommend that anyone looking to remodel go see Ali at Floor and Decor!

I am in the middle of renovating two homes and have visited Floor&Decor in Hampton multiple times within the last few weeks. Yesterday I made the decision on the items that I needed with the help of Darrian. He took the time to walk me through the store with me and was very patient as I made my final selections. He pulled all of the items that I needed and when I realized that I needed more tile, he was so patient and had no problem getting what I needed. I had to also get some grout and Dan was so kind! He took the time to show me how to find the color I needed and he pulled the items for me as well. It was such an awesome experience and it's good to see that people are so willing to help. I must also say that whenever I enter that store, I'm always greeted with a "hello" or "welcome" and a smile. I truly appreciate the kindness and the help that all the employees provide each time I visit that store. Keep up the good work! See you soon.

I spent $3500 on vinyl plank flooring from Floor & Decor & needed to return 6 boxes that were valued at $310 but was refused by the store at the Homewood Alabama store. It was past 90 days, and I didn't have the receipt, but they were able to pull up the purchase by my phone number, so I only wanted to get a store credit. The manager said the return was denied because the flooring had been discontinued, which was a lie because it can still be ordered online. I was given a phone number for "The Retail Equation" to call and file a dispute. I called them & they said the return was refused because I didn't have a receipt, not because the item had been discontinued. I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I bought from them. They have a 1 star rating with BBB. If I could give the a 0 rating, I would.

Extremely POOR support after purchase. I spent $5k on two bathrooms, tile and showers. There is a chip in the glass and handle issues. I called for help and the manager brushed me off telling me I can't return the glass and I have to call the manufacturer. She said it wasn't her problem. Manager provided zero help.

The worst customer service ever
The Waltham, MA, store manager named CALEB GAUDETTE, a big woman, refused my return just because there's some dirt on the tile packages. Another Asian woman with some eye problems said the tiles were wet. Of course, it was 25 degrees outside. Stay away from this terrible store. I think it will close soon as I saw no more than 10 people in the store. Thanks to the manager.

I had to make a quick stop at the Denton store for more tile and grout to finish a project. JoJo was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products I needed. Chrissyy was delightful and cheery at check out. Overall very positive environment and attitudes.

After driving 45 mins each way to F&D, it was not what we expected at all. Huge warehouse with at least 12 uniformed employees just walking about looking at their phones. YES. NO one greeted us. We asked where engineered hardwood was. Guy just pointed. Had to flag someone else down to ask about ordering process. He said "call the store". Seriously? WTH? We are in the market for 3,500 sq ft of hardwood. Our old home needs new flooring in every room. We are spending in the 10s of thousands. F&D LOST MY BUSINESS. I've already gone online on Home Depot and seen waayy more colors in range I want (griege) than at F&D. Hope this warns someone.

Ivan at commercial sales desk is amazing! Are company has been going there and sending costumers there since they opened. I will be totally honest and say this place would get 1 star if it wasn't for Ivan. Its so bad that I don't even send my home owners there If he is not there that day. I would like to add that we do water damage repair so most of our jobs consist of drywall and flooring. With that being said we are in the store almost weekly making purchases. Thanks again Ivan.

It was a pleasure to speak to Mickey... she called to verify information on my delivery order... made necessary corrections, giving options and was so very pleasant and efficient. So rare these days to speak to someone like her! From L. Lanza

Horrible delivery service, my order took a month and it sat in the store for days and nobody would call me to schedule a delivery, nobody answers the phone, you have to chat with an automated virtual answering machine and you cannot resolve any problems or issues with your order, if it wasn't for John Chang a salesperson from onother branch who was sending emails every single day to make them call me to schedule a delivery date i would've never gotten my order. Shame on these people that are not doing their job and hanging up on people when you call, shame shame shame, Sarasota branch is the most horrible store i will never go back there

I purchased some wood for a project I'm working on at home, at the Metairie, Louisiana, location and I received excellent customer service from Charell, in the wood department. She went above and beyond to make sure that I loved my selection, placing the order went easy and even made sure that pickup went smoothly. She was full of knowledge about everything in the wood department, and also informed me about the installation and materials needed for my home project I'm doing. Charell had remarkable customer service skills! I will be back and I hope Charell is working when I do because she made my day with her beautiful attitude along with her very professional knowledge about her job.

Materials are nothing like the samples! I waited 2 months for a sample of the Aqua guard Performance wood laminate flooring with a supposed AR5 rating and it was unscratchable with a knife. My contractor put the flooring in that Floor and Decor sent and it scratches very easily in areas that do not even have traffic. Large deep scratches that show very easily in every room. When I alerted the company that the flooring was not the same as the sample they wrote me back saying if it is already installed I am not allowed to return it for a refund. The SKU is correct so this is obviously a scam where they give you a substandard product in place of the one they sold you. Do not buy anything from this company!

Worst company ever. First they were 6 weeks late and never bothered to even call me. They are impossible to get a hold of because they DO NOT answer the phone. Then they finally arrange to deliver the product to our home and they will not bring our real wood floor beyond the driveway. Then they have the nerve to scream at me because I should have known that I needed to make my own arrangements to have 3 pallets of flooring brought inside the house. STAY FAR AWAY!

I purchased enough tile to completely do two large bathrooms. Our designer was Judy in the Sarasota, Fl store who was wonderful when we could get to see her. In between I had to call to pick up tile and could never get thru to the store.
Ever. Even the manager is unavailable.
No one answers and when I drove 30 min to get there and complained to the help at the store they agreed it was a very poor system. Phone calls go to a central
location.
Shop during the week since there is less help on the weekends. I was very lucky to get Tevin to help me get tile in my vehicle one Sunday. Last week when I could not get any help after waiting over 45 min. I left and went to another tile store. I like the selection and they have good prices but it's sometimes not worth the trip. So I gave them 3 stars.

I purchased flooring, backsplash and bathroom wall & floor tile at the Atlantic-Pompano Beach location. Pro Desk- Pedro- My lifeline. This gentle man ALWAYS returned my call and Texts. He was my main contact person. Lisa, Mario & Brenda were available when Pedro was not working and helped me as well. Great selection and price.
Floor Decor needs to get the Warehouse in control and organized-does not make sense to have pallets all over the place- Put orders in one place as to expediete contractors when picking up.

Be Careful when you are dealing business with these people. I spent $400.68 to buy 2 underlayment with my credit card from a store located at Gaithersburg, MD. Later, I returned the products back, but I got only $284.08 refund with a store card which is unfair. I lost the receipt and because of this they robbed my $ 116.60 which is 30% of the total cost. I talked to the store manager, and she told me that she will talk to the upper management to resolve the issue and lets me know the result of the discussion. She didn't call me, anyway. I called her but I couldn't reach her. I also send an email but no response at all. I did not get also good customer service from the manager.
