I purchased a 1500$ wet saw which they state has a 90 day warranty... i was unsatisfied and tried returning within a week and they refused to return... its the last time i order from them
Website is super slow, I tried to redeem my points never got an email. I email support, no answer. Was very rude with me when I finally got in contact with someone.
I am in the process of remodeling two bathrooms in my home. I went to the new store on Decoma Street to get some ideas as to types and colors of tile to use. As I was browsing, I was approached by a young lady by the name of Veronica. Turns out she is a designer there to help people just be like me. What a novel and great idea.
As we were looking at tiles, Veronica made a call. She then advised me that she had to take a lunch break. Long story short, after several more calls, Veronica stayed with me until I was totally satisfied with all of the tiles, colors, floor tiles, grout colors and trim, a total time in access of two hours.
Veronica's dedication to completing the task at hand made my entire experience a wonderful experience. As I picked out the wrong tiles and colors, Veronica politely told me that was good, as she was busy picking matching colors and tiles. Looking back, I now know that she was right ever time.
Thank you Floor and Decor for having the foresight to hire great designers to assist customers and THANK YOU, Veronica, for making such a hard task such an enjoyable experience.
I purchased 3 granite countertops on line from Riviera Beach Florida. Built an A frame and went to pick them up. I had to wait about an hour and a half. Short staff. They have a budget I understand. The first slab came out and I noticed one corner was busted along with some chips on the edges. The wearhouse guys informed me that the other 2 were broken and that was all they had of that particular design. I went inside and talked to the pro desk, Victor, who was very nice. He talked to the manager,?, who was very nice. We work out a deal, which was very generous. Another hour. They started loading. Then they inform me there was only one backsplash. I go back in. No more discount. No resolution. No good. Another hour.
The bad model part is; (1) they put them back in inventory. (2) there was never a mention of selecting another color from stock, of course I was too tired to mess with it bye this time and it was getting late. I went 100 miles to pick them up and they knew it. (3) during the time I was there I witnessed another pair, forklift driver and flager, dumping useable tile in the dumpster. I have kept old tiles from years past for to make some interesting designed flooring.
Now what are they going to do with those bad countertops? Can you say dumpster?
I ordered kitchen counters. They came out to measure. I showed them pictures of what I wanted. They didn't build them correctly. I had to pay for them to a part of the project. When the other half was delivered, it was of a different material (see. Pictures). They told me to call their subcontractor, the person THEY hired to do the job. The subcontractor sent out someone to inspect and that person verified that they used two different materials. I went to F&D and told them that I purchased the counters from them, and if their subcontractor didn't deliver what THEY paid for, it was on them. I should be able to go to the place I bought them from and have my problem resolved. I was promised a call "the next day." I heard nothing. I called. I was again promised a call the next day. I've heard nothing and it's been another week. Altogether, it's been over six months and I don't have what I paid for. I don't trust them to make this right. On top of all that, one section has a huge splotch on it that (see photo).
I purchased $3000 worth of what was advertised as engineered hardwood. What I found it is that it is really a thin slice of hardwood attached to compressed sawdust. False advertising! Junk!
I called to find out a month ago if they have electric shopping scutter available like Home Depot & Lowe's, I was Told they only have (1) that it's Out of Order, I Called again the told me the same excuse. If you are a Veteran go to Lowe's or Home Depot they will give you a 10% off from any purchases showing your Military ID...
I purchased 65 box of 2x4 large format tiles and was given 35. Which is 2 pallets and i only got 1. I was told that there is video evidence. Yet it cant be seen.
About a year ago we bought our Nucore Prado from floor and decor for our living room, dining room and kitchen. We had a frozen water pipe bust recently and I am told, our store in Morrow Ga has closed and the product we need to replace floor in the kitchen has been discontinued, No stores has it besides Homewood, Al or Memphis Tn. And you have to pay shipping to get the boxes we need sent to your home or even to a store about 50 min from where we live. Very expense shipping as the product is already pretty high per box, I could understand more if we got the floor 4 or 5 years ago, but it's only been about a year. Cust service said the rules on shipping to a store with no shipping charges for you to go pick up changed about 6 months ago.This is not good business I don't believe. Also of coarse you can only get this kind of floor from floor and decor.So they got you by the short hairs, where you don't have a choice you can travel to Al or Tn yourself to pick some up, or pay high price for them to ship it from Al or Tn store to a Georgia store and you pay shipping just like sending it to your home from Al or Tn. Very Expensive. What a bummer, I will think twice before buying my flooring from them again. This is the 3rd time we have used floor and decor for our home and rental houses for flooring and tile but never again, not after this.
Vidahl the store manager and the entire store team offer amazing service. They stayed after closing hours to help us load the tiles! Thank you for going above and beyond for your customers!

Naples fl location. I rarely post a negative review. We purchased 1200 sq ft of LVP flooring over two months ago. They said it'll be ready in a week. Took 3, not necessarily there fault. Most of the time I called, I couldn't speak to anyone. I left several voicemails. No one called back till floor was in. We needed an additional 13 cases. After several attempted calls w long hold times, we drove to store. They told us that they were out and that we had to contact another store 140 miles away. They would NOT ship it to the Naples store. We purchase the cases from pompano beach, have receipt and several email confirmations. Delivery was over $200 and took a week. I said I'd pick up, they said they'd pull it and have it in back for me in two days. The floor installer drove two hours to pick it up. Spent an hour at the store and apparently they sold it and were out of stock. After waiting on hold for 63 mins, Finally associate said doesn't know how this happened, but there's 43 cases in Georgia. 450 miles away. Shipping $800. We are totally screwed out of over $1,000 and have had out hours torn apart for about three months, if it actually arrives on time. Naple and pompano beach associates didn't seem to give a damn and refused to refund shipping or any other cost. Never went thru anything like this. There stores do have a fabulous selection, but what good is that?
I bought 233 boxes of vinyl plank flooring spend $7,133 for around total 4500 sqf on 8/24/21. I went to returned only 25 boxes out of 233 boxes on 9/21/21 which I was not able to use and it was in box. They refused to return 25 boxes even though it was under 90 days returning policy. Manager Dan and another lady staff said that product was on sale at the time of purchase and can not return after purchase. He said it was posted by item where it says none returnable. I saw them a picture of item description that There wasn't any sign anywhere says that you can not return it even if it is on sale or clearance. I have posted a picture in here when I bought. When I bought this vinyl plank cashier Ryan ( Associate No *******) told me that I can return in 30 days since I was getting 233 boxes. Then they gave me customer service number which was never answered when I called from the store.
I would not recommend to purchase anything from floor and decor specially from reynoldsburg, oh location or get better information about refund or return policy before you pay specially for big purchase.
I am still looking for more flooring to buy for my basement tiles but now I am not going to purchase from floor and decor.
Called and inquired for items needed. Spoke with Jonathan who was absolutely outstanding! Phenomenal service. However, the cashier was abrupt and when I got to the pick up area for the tile order the young lady at the far left told me it would take 2 - 4 hours to pull my order. The other end of the counter an older woman made a snarky remark at me that they should request a particular manager because she is more assertive. I am absolutely appalled at the horrific service. I spoke with one manager and gave her a compliment on Jonathan's service. Due to his excellent service I drove 2 hr 45 mins to the Cumming store. Once I left his care I was treated with such disrespect and rudeness I asked for the manager again. I told the manager what they said about her to me a customer. Outrageous at best. I will most likely never return to this location unless necessary. The Knoxville store goofed up my order and removed items that I had paid for and the service was sub par by the gal in the black vest who couldn't count how many boxes were taken out of my order. Seriously disgusted with the Knoxville store pick up that occurred on 3/24/23.
We spent a lot of time at Floor and Decor looking for tile for our kitchen backsplash. Then we met Freida. She was full of information and helped make our final decision. Thank you Freida!
My husband and I wanted to remodel our bathroom and I had no idea where to start, but thanks to Sarah, everything is beautiful!
First order was not filled correctly (left off quarter round) that was purchased which made us have to go twice for pickup and correction.
Second, filled baseboard portion of order in 8 ft increments versus 16 ft which was purchased. Called Dale Mabry store again several times and was either kept on hold for 30 mins or teated in a very rude manner.
Third, woman said that I received 8 ft baseboard as that was the only size thst would fit in truck. What? The guys that picked this up gad a very large and lengthy trailer that would handle longer than q6 ft. She just lied.
Fourth, asked for correct replacement of the 16 ft baseboard and the women said they had plenty in stock which was the lazy way to get me off the phone. I insisted they physically go back and check to see if baseboard was really there. Again, on hold forever and when the women came back and said they were damanged and I should go to Wesley Chapel. We would have come again for another incorrect order pickup.
Never once did she act apologetic. She blamed it on the Wesley Chapel store as that is where I purchased the items to be picked up at Dale Mabry store. She spoke badly of the other store which I said was not professional and that she should not air company dirty laundry with the customer as it was a Floor Decor series of mistakes and she should represent her company better than that.
This woman and the ones before seriously need training.
Wesley Chapel store is wonderful and everyone at that store goes above and beyond to correct problems and finally fixed it for us.
Perhaps Wesley Chapel store should cross train their counterparts?
This place has the highest prices, the worst phone service, and the worst in person customer service I have ever seen. It takes forever to get someone on the phone and when they do come on and you ask for availability they take a unreasonable amount of time to go check. I recently did an online order and the status said, for two weeks, that they were getting the order ready. I just went in to check it and they didn't even know I ordered it. The check in woman said it would be 45 minutes before they had the order ready. I wandered around the store for a while and checked back. She went and got the order off the floor her self but miscounted the amount and was short a full case. I had to count it in front of her before she believed me, then she went back to the shelves and brought back a partial case and miscounted that. I, again, had to count it in front of her before she believed me but before she saw that she noted in the order the wrong amount. I had to go to another cashier to get credited for the short amount, which they said they had in stock but didn't, and he had to do 3 different transactions to straighten things out.
They Didn't want to respect the warranty they tell me I have I will never go back there please don't buy there if you have a issue with the product they will not respect the warranty they gave you
