They say they do not do a credit check but they do a credit check and they denied me. They say everyone gets qualified and my credit isn't that bad so this place is a joke
Customer service rude. My credit is bad and my child needed a computer for college. I'm paying $71.00 a week for 52 weeks. $3600 for a $1600 computer. Have made 33 payments on time and called to ask if I could skip a payment over the holidays and put it on the end of lease. They said no and hung up. Sorry I ever got involved with them. Try Katapult if anyone is looking at bad credit alternatives. Will never recommend this company.

I needed a mattress and it turns out i could have bought it outright since day one, but wanted to make sure i had cash on hand, i was moving and it was a financial stress. I did the math with flexshopper to get my mattress at a tiny fraction of the cost paid extra, i think maybe $50, and allowing me to make payments of maybe only $47.50 every week. It let me have what i wanted earlier and for a fair price. Their customer service was awesome and im mad grateful they exist.
Talked on the phone with agent, Jules, about an account issue and he solved my problem right away! My available balance showed correctly, but when I put something in the cart it showed incorrectly. The problem was Safari browser. He instructed me to change from Safari browser to Chrome browser then it showed and allowed for checkout correctly just by changing browsers. Great job with customer service in a friendly, helpful, accurate and prompt manner, Jules!

Flexshopper was a needed service to fund Christmas for all of the children in the family. I like the option to purchase from online stores if Flexshopper does not have the product in their Marketplace. The customer service is excellent and always willing to help when they can. People may complain about the prices but with less than perfect credit, the service is worth paying for. Much better options were available than rental stores.
I absolutely love their customer service representatives. I don't care who I talk to, each one is professional and courteous. Great job Flex Shopper. You Guys are Number 1 in my book. Great job!
When i needed it the most flex shopper was there it is truly a blessing to all those with not so good credit... As for their customers service it is super my account manager Cynthia was a beautiful personality with an understanding nature they really are there to help people flex shopper keep doing what your doing my experience so far was wonderful and i hope to continue to use them... The Customer Service at Flexshopper is excellent. If you happen to have an issue, concern or request they are more than willing to oblige and work out your problem. Every interaction i have had with them has been pleasant and easy and helpful whereas it's often so tedious to deal with large companies on phone or online. Ive been using flexshopper for 3 years now and they never disappoint. I'm actually currently looking to purchase a very expensive guitar with their service. Today I had the oleasure of soeakong with Joyce in customer service, who not only took care of any issues I had, she went ahead and hekped research a shop flexshopper works with to find my next purchase. Sure you end up paying more if you pass the 90 day same as cash feature, but this company opens doors to those who would otherwise not be able to male a purchase at all.
I've been a customer for a few months now. Been able to get my electronics with a small weekly payment has been such a relief. Be sure to pay them off within 90 days! They also have great billing agents like Cynthia R who are always happy to take care of you! Enjoy!
I've used Flex Shopper a number of times over the past two years, and my experience with them has always been great. When I moved two years ago, Flex shopper allowed me to be able to get some really quality furniture and a new, much needed laptop for grad school. The weekly payments are manageable and reasonable.
Also, their customer service is GREAT! They are extremely attentive and helpful at all stages of the process. You have an actual person to assist you throughout your lease. My account manager, Cynthia, is fantastic.
Tip for consumers:
You can find more than just what’s available on the Flex Shopper site, if it’s a company they work with, FS will arrange to get the item for you. This was the case with my laptop, and I was able to get the exact model I wanted.

Of the many lease to own sites and local stores I have used, Flexshopper.com makes it very clear on the leas amounts, the early pay off option and benefits, and any issues I have had were clearly and kindly resolved by customer service and the billing department.
I recommend this site for their direct clarity along with their kind and helpful customer support. Greg from the billing department was very friendly and provided clear and concise answers to my questions. He even informed of any possible issues that might happen with a pending payment and how it might reopen a paid off lease. I'm grateful he was upfront and forward about that information!

The woman I spoke with in billing tonight was the most friendly, helpful customer service representative I've ever spoken to and that's coming from someone who usually by the time I get past the automated system I'm so frustrated that I hate whoever actually picks up lol
Just finishing up my first year with Flexshopper. Finished paying off 2 of 3 items. Flexshopper has been with me thru changes in my payroll (weekly to bi-weekly) having my purse stolen (had to get a new checkbook and credit cards) and answered any and all questions when I have called. They are patient, knowledgeable and were there when I needed them. I would use Flexshopper again. Thanks guys

Edric assisted me today, he was very plesant & helpful. My trsnsaction with Flexshopper has been extremely pleasant & smooth from beginning to end. Where can you go and pick out your item of choice & pay only a $50 fee and 100 days same as cash... no where else. Your buying items over time, get the items shipped quickly and make biweekly, monthly or weekly payments. Best service and process ever! Forget Fingerhut, Rent a centers & traditional layaway! Flexshopper is the bomb!
