I did not find that it is identical as advertised, as some services do not work and their support service is slow and takes a long time

I switched to Flexispy from Mspy because I was tired of dealing with the inconsistencies and unreliability.

Very very unreliable. And spy customer service is basically non-existent. Want to give flexi spy a try

Keylogger not working good and Keylogger tracking not working at all and there's no calling records and it's visible in apps list

Had clevguard but keep having issues. Need something more reliable. Heard flexispy is a better app to use.

I bought an Iphone 12 max pro, ordered it with pre-installed software with a year license. There was a specific reason I needed the pre-installed software package. A friend of mine showed me the app was working on his phone. So, I could order it safely, I thought...
The phone arrived and the target person received it. Since then. It never worked. Not even once. Only 3 pictures from their checking center in Bangkok. Nothing, nothing nothing working.
I contacted support team and I was told to get the passcode from the phone to reinstall the jailbreak.
How to do? How to get the passcode?
Nothing I could do. I could talk to the target person and I got the phone in my hands. I followed the instruction to jailbreak again. Successful... for 1 moment. 3 pictures were loaded. No more.
After that I contacted support, sales, techies again. They were very friendly but they had no solution. Just shifting me from one to another person.
I offered to swap the phone for a new one. (yes the target person would mis al the data but what's the option.) Even I could guarantee the 2nd phone with my credit card.
Still no answer, no decision, no solution. It's just gone dead.
Here we are with a $1900 Iphone, jailbroken, no Apple warrantee and the paid for software not working and Flexispy gone quit.

Uses third-party support that will not contact you and you can not get in contact with them. Only uses chat by email and it's more like a computer-generated answer to questions. Absolutely worthless______
Negative experience with support and customer service.
I bought an samsung s9+with pre installed software. Around 2000$ Canadian Given the phone the the target person(my kids) call recordings not work and from day 1, the Flexi software didn't work. Over the course of a month,
I paid $2000$ that it doesn't work.

But nobody just responded to me back and I asked him please return my money they refused

Mspy wasn't reliable. It wouldn't update the information. Even when I refreshed and signed out numerous times there was no change.

Ottima app di cui ne sono rimasta pienamente soddisfatta, funzionalità eccellenti per le mie aspettative dove mi sono sentita più sicura per mio figlio. Ho avuto sia supporto tecnico nell'installazione che risposta ad ogni mia domanda 24/ 24h. Un team eccellente sempre pronto a seguirti. Per quanto mi riguarda volevo essere sicura che mio figlio non fosse contattato da bulli. Mai avuto problemi con flexispy. Lo consiglio vivamente per tutte le funzionalità che offre e per il supporto tecnico sempre a disposizione. Installazione facile da seguire anche aiutato dal team. In futuro se ne avessi ancora bisogno so già che sceglierei nuovamente flexispy.

Ils sont très sérieux et excellent logiciel, je recommande. Les applications fonctionnent à merveille et sont complète, merci beaucoup. Ancienne abonné à mspy déçu, car problème, les screenshot ne fonctionne et et certain sms n'apparaissent pas.

Mspy non ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative, non tutte le funzioni promesse sono realmente funzionanti e, quelle che funzionano non lo fanno ottimamente.
Sono certo che flexispy mi soddisferà pienamente

ClevGuard no es mala mala maaaaala sin embargo consume muchísimos datos del móvil en donde está instalado, es muy fácil de que se desconfigure, utiliza mucha batería y la verdad el proceso de instalación no es tan sencillo, ahora bien la atención por parte de la empresa "KidsProGuard o bien ClevGuard" no es tan eficiente ya que realmente el soporte no está 24/7 y no te dan soluciones específicas si no que generales, recien había adquirido mi paquete y a los días lanzaron una aplicación de actualización y fue ahí cuando de plano perdí acceso, otro punto deficiente en ClevGuard es que no te muestra en concreto que sitios web se visitan en el dispositivo vigilado, lo muestra solo digamos palabras clave y no te permite realizar captura de pantalla o grabación de pantalla de ese contenido. Hoy estoy comentando a probar FlexiSpy y hasta el momento la atención y seguimiento me a encantado, promete mucho y da lo que promete es casi fantástico

Anexo imágenes de lo que pasó en el celular de la instalación, se apagó la accesibilidad o no ha actualizado su celular y eso fue lo que pasó, y desde el día 07 del mes presente se ha perdido la posibilidad de monitorizar la mayoría de las acciones del dispositivo.

Yo tuve un descuento al momento de compra del 70% en la aplicación, y ahora me pongo a pensar si no lo hubiese tenido realmente ahorita estaría mucho más desepcionada pues literalmente mi dinero se habría ido a la basura.
