Hate online shopping for a reason

I ordered a pair of shoes for my little brothers graduation/bday present and it's been 2 months. I've emailed 3 times only getting a reply to the first and the last 2 weren't accepted by the receiver. Got a tracking number than leads no where. If you want shoes online, shop at GOAT or stockX.
