Ordering and delivery was very easy and prompt. However it didn't fit as described. I adapted my flashlight to use it. Needed something for the work I do and couldn't wait on a return or delivery. I did look up my flashlight and had ordered what was supposed to fit. Other than that I am pleased.

Google results brought me straight to the part I needed. It was discontinued by Pelican, and not available many places. So I'm glad to find it here at a good price!

So far it is fine. A bit tricky finding the one part but I got there.

Shipping is crazy amount in relation to amount of product price and weight! It could be mailed in envelope for . 50 cents.

I have no complaints so far other than it was not in stock at the time and took an additional 2 weeks to ship out.

Ordering would be much smoother if your website shows the stock status and shipping cutoff time when you're on the product page. Most people want to know that before they place an order or start the ordering process. :-)

Not sure about the engraving thing. I wanted 386 engraved on it. Other than that good product and price.

You offer a discount on "the next flashlight you order" and then say no as it is not a tactical flashlight. Disappointing.

Only problem was your search tool was a little hard to use and didnt always bring up the product I was looking for even though I knew you had it in stock.

Easy ordering and good price, but items took over three weeks bc they were on back order. Company did call to let me know about the extended delivery schedule, as it was around Christmas and items were gifts.

I had to recreate order when I signed the cart was dumped. Most sites save the cart when you login.
It would be nice to have another field for "Name on Card" this would be more appropriate when using corporate cards.

free shipping should be faster- look what amazon prime can do! Almost lost my business to Amazon Prime but they didn't have the earless screw kit!

Disappointed that description for what "Engraving" meant/would look like wasn't available. That is why I didn't select that option.
