I hired FIXWPSITE to optimize our video-game website but they're a total scam. They spent 6 days doing what they said would take 2 and then sent me a report showing the changes.
They sent a screenshot stating an improvement in loading times of 6 seconds. However, 50 tests using the same software showed 0 improvement.
In the report email they also included a private conversation between the FIXWPSITE and the group they hire to do the work, in which they admit to not doing half of the tasks I'd paid for, yet still charged me for it.
They offer a 100% guarantee on the website, money back and reverting the work to previous state. This was not the case. I had to file a dispute with PayPal.
Do not deal with FIXWPSITE.
