I purchased the GT5 Pro Max watch in mid-December, excited about its features and premium design. Initially, it performed beautifully, and I was quite pleased with my purchase. However, after just two months of use, I encountered a significant issue: the watch suddenly stopped working and would not turn on, despite my efforts to charge it.

I reached out to customer support, and while they were responsive and offered assistance, I was disappointed with the options provided. They asked me to either mail the defective watch to an address in Chino, California at my own expense or pay $29.90 plus shipping for a replacement. In total, this came to just under $50 for a replacement watch, which I felt was unreasonable given that the original product had failed after such a short period.

For a premium priced product, I expected better durability and support options. While I appreciate the promptness of the customer service team, the costs associated with replacing a defective watch are frustrating and leave me questioning the overall value of the GT5 Pro Max.

In conclusion, while the watch had potential and looked great, my experience has been marred by its short lifespan and the costly replacement policy. I would recommend potential buyers to consider these factors before making a purchase.

It is total unreliable device. For example blood glucose can be measured and when you read the result and change the time from for example 9am to 9pm the result will change. So how is it possible to read two values at the same time? This is because they guess the blood glucose values in dependence of the time. They guess that you will eat something in the morning what give a rise in value. Also blood pressure is total unreliable. If you check with a medical device you see the real values. Blood pressure is simply not measured by this fake device. Also ECG is not easily to perform. Most of the time you get square wave instead of a ECG. This device should be forbidden because it is a big health danger for patients who believes its fane values. This device is worth no more than a cheap $#*! watch.

GT5 is Great product and the blood pressure monitor is surprisingly accurate for this price. The build quality is simply amazing and the device packs so many functionalities. My initial comments were mistaken. Now that I took time to familiarise myself with the software, I realize how great this product is. So, I came to back to post this GT5 review. Please accept my sincere apologies for this.And seller service is good.

I bought this Fitvii GT5 smartwatch after my previous blood pressure monitor broke. Ia?ve always known that automatic smartwatch has measurement error and therefore I try to choose among well-known brands in the hope that it will be minimized. In addition, I have a mechanical BPM, and when I suspect a significant error, I always double-check the pressure value with it. The last time I started choosing my new BPM among the well-known brands, I accidentally drew attention to this device because of its high rating. I decided to take a chance and made an order, especially since there is an opportunity to send it back. Imagine my surprise when the comparison of the measurements of the new device with the values a?a?of the mechanical pressure gauge almost coincided. My wife had the same results. Ia?ve been using this device for more than a month and absolutely do not regret my choice.

I'm fed up with fitbit's high prices and poor customer service. I just bought Fitvii GT5, the function is very good, and the customer service responds quickly.
