Purchasing - Quick and easy to find what you want. If you could make the shipping information more readily available that would be helpful such as an estimated price range before checkout and a an estimated delivery timeframe. Receiving - Fast delivery and contact from the delivery driver was a bonus. I had incorrect parts with my Everfit Treadmill so couldn't assemble but the customer service team have been great at working through the issue with the warehouse and keeping in contact with me for updates on the replacement parts.
They were very friendly, service was quick.

I had incorrect parts delivered for my treadmill and emailed the customer service team with photos of the parts that were in the box. I asked if they could send the incorrect/missing part instead of me having to return the whole treadmill and they replied within 2 business days and advised that they would notify the warehouse and update me once they have a resolution. They have been keeping me in the loop the whole process.
Initially for convenience but I will most likely buy from them again because of the customer service and ease of delivery.
