Nutrition matters a lot, especially nowadays, when there are plenty of viruses and diseases in society. In my opinion, if people would understand the necessity of setting up their diet and meal regimes, they will be able not to bother about their health or bother about it no more than couple of times per year. Some people are sure that diets are useless, because they restrict you from eating delicious food. This service helped me a lot when I decided to set up new meal regime and comply with special diet. There are plenty of products for running healthy activity, which are being delivered very fast. This service rescued me a lot in those times and I would apply here again in future.

This app is so far off. It is telling me my body fat is 40 percent, and my BMI was so off. I am a stocky type body I have lifted weights from a young age. I have recently lost 20 pounds. Yes I would like to loose 10-15 pounds more, but muscle is heavier than fat so it gets tricky. The scale I use is digital, and extremely accurate. The app is counting my muscle as body fat. I have already had my body fat recently checked so I know where I am at. This app is way off. I just deleted it from my phone. Thanks but no thanks
