Beware before you spend any time and money with this company. They were not able to send a simple diagnosis report to me for over a week and still pending. I have been calling their customer care everyday and just receive the same answer ("we will send it by tomorrow"). I wonder if they cannot be emaling a report which is probably the simplest of the things, how can they be trusted to do anything else. This company is junk and sucks big time. PLEASE DONT USE ANY SERVICES from this company

We recently called them to confirm our contract covers water heater replacements to which they confirmed yes it does. Based on this information, we proceeded with requesting to schedule a technician to replace the water heater. We also explained that we had an elderly mother who is inconvenienced with non-functional water heater in NYC cold weather. Several days after the technician provided photos to First Premier and submitted the claim to replace, we were informed by the technician that the claim was denied (no reason provided). We emailed First Premier requesting an update on the claim and never received a response. When we called to inquire, the representative was rude and kept us on a never ending hold.
