This website is a scam website. They prey on applicants who are genuinely looking for a loan or financing for a project etc... First Morgan Capital contacts you and starts communicating asking you about your project etc. Ultimately, they send you a letter stating that your request for funding/financing has been approved by one of their banks or fellow lending institution. In my specific case it was a letter supposedly from someone in CIBC's Private Banking Division. Knowing that scammers are out there, I called CIBC in Canada to confirm that the gentleman on the letter bearing their letterhead exists. I was referred to the fraud depart. Within two days CIBC responded and confirmed that it is/was indeed a fraudulent letter. The gentleman listed on the letter I received does not work with them. Please be aware of First Morgan Capital Group they are a bunch of scammers.
