First Look Consulting (FLC) is a WIX partner. I am writing this to warn anyone considering doing business with them. DON'T. They took my money, failed to do anything acceptable, and refused to refund. I am a start-up business. Not knowing anything about building a website. They swooped down on me within an hour after I put in a request for a consultant. But that was the only time they acted in a timely manner. Their work was slow and unacceptable. Look at my attachments. The first is my draft using a web based logo making platform. The second through fourth were what one of the reps submitted to me after 3 weeks of "tweaking." The last is my own work. I'm not a professional designer, mind you. It is obvious to anyone that my work reflects far more work than FLC rep put into it. You can read my more about them plus everything I had to say on BBB website. They also do not present you with a written copy of the "contract." They are well-practiced in skirting around the law and art of thievery. Also, I am an Asian. I suspect the way they treated me is an underhanded racism against Asians.
