Total scam I ordered on November 5th and Ive received nothing. Dont waste your money or time youll get ripped off. You cant even write a bad review on their website l, everything about them is fraudulent
I ordered nov. 17th and they keep sending me the wrong tracking number. Its dec. 21st and still have not received
This site is a scam. I ordered two items for my daughter for christmas before Thanksgiving. I was guaranteed delivery before Christmas in 2 different emails. The tracking was just updated (12/20) and the estimated deliver date is 12/26. I emailed them twice with no response. Than going back to the site to call there is NO NUMBER EVEN LISTED! This site is a scam!
Ordered on Nov. 15. As of today 12/21 no shipment. Tried calling number was on my charge account bank statement. Cannot get thru. I think this company is a SCAM. I'M DISPUTING MY CHARGE AND WILL GET MY CHARGE CANCELLED. WILL INFORM ALL MY FACEBOOK AQUAINTANCES ALSO.
As with the other responses about this site, I made an order on Nov 17th and never received my order. They keep telling me that they have shipped it but as of December 20th no package. I have now contacted American Express to dispute the charge.

I placed a order the early part of November 2017. Never received the order as of today December 20 2017. The tracking number they gave me doesn't exist on any postal site at all. When I tried to contact the company, I got a reply the order was delivered. I again sent a e-mail saying I never got the order and was getting the response the tracking number was invalid from all postal sites. I have NOT gotten any form of a reply. My order had been billed to my VISA as soon as the order was placed,. I am know trying to get my charge refunded. (lesson learned) Connie

I put in an order with this company way before Thanksgiving. I realized afterwords that the description of what I ordered didn't match the picture of what I ordered. I emailed fingerling.com and in their uncaring response, I realized that something was wrong. I looked further into the company and realized that these toys weren't by the original company, but were an off brand. Another disappointment. Fingerling Interactive Monkey by WowWee is what everybody wants, so when you see a website say Fingerling.com you thing your ordering what you want. (NOT) I waited 2 months for for my little toys that I ordered and finally when they arrived they were just wrapped up in plastic. The boxes were all torn and crushed. I emailed fingerling.com and they told me that it's only cosmetic and that they were sure the item still worked. Really! How do you give a torn crushed box to a child for Christmas and say "honey, I know the box is damaged but I'm sure the toy might still work". This company is trying to pass themselves off as a USA company, but they are NOT, this was shipped all they way from HONG KONG in a plastic bag!
