The support was very patient with me throughout the process of swapping VND back to BTC and also assisted in granting me the required access to sell quickly on the Futurefees platform I am very satisfied and will campaign heavily for my colleagues to use Futurefees in their crypto trading. Been with the company for over a year now and their support system and general services have been top-notch all the years. Friends I advise you use this platform www.Futurefees.com
Customer Service representatives are not trained properly. They do not understand the problem and do not know their own systems to provide solutions that work. They do not give ticket number for each problem so at the end of the call you leave without a fix and no idea of is/when the problem will be solved They fail to return calls. The management is aware of many issues but is ineffective is setting higher standards and meeting them. Very bad experiences

After denying me access to my investments, and I got no response from their support, I reached out to JURIS RESOLVE. Com who got back my money in under a week I'm glad I'll never use fidelity investments again.
Fidelity has very poor investment options. I submitted a request to move my funds to a money market account on December 22nd. The Fidelity rep did not move the funds as requested. Their reps are very unreliable & unethical. I will never do any business with them ever again.
This past week, when the market was recovering a bit, I noticed everything I bought was dog doo soon after purchase. Are they using our information for their hedge fund? Take your personal account somewhere else, the customer service isn't worth your hard earned money.
Tip for consumers:
A friend of mine does well on other personal sites. I know my accusation sounds paranoid, but illegal and misuse of capitalism happens all the time: Enron, financial crisis of 08, and don’t think these hedge fund people care about whether the working slave lives or dies. Like the day trader, they undercut the very principles of investment capitalism for personal gain.

Decent penny stocks that were going up until I purchased. Immediate plummet minutes after
Want to be lied to? Then Fidelity is right for you!I have not gone a single month without a problem with my account. I am lied to constantly. They make excuses about everything. Say they can't fix the issue then just leave the account broken! Real professional. I only recommend Fidelity to people I don't like.
I am not interested in these people. I find them very unhelpful and worthless. I can not wait until I can severe ties with these people. God I would not give these people one dime ever.

Fidelity has no customer service. I have been trying to transfer 401K funds for months. After four calls, submitting forms and capital call from another fund, nothing.
Whose money is it?
I recently attempted to establish a new checking account for my funds at Fidelity and they told me they would deposit micro deposits for confirmation within 1-3 business days, they failed. After many attempts I finally received an intelligent chat person who walked me through a service that took 5 minutes that was never offered online and none of the other 5 people or so I chatted with made an effort instead advising keep waiting for micro deposits. So now I am waiting for a pending transfer to be deleted and it is 6 days later and Fidelity can't delete a stupid micro deposit order they never should have promoted and instead through insane bureaucracy it takes 7 days to delete a pending order or so they say and today a stock that zoomed I could not buy due to their immensely stupid assistance. We shall see
if I can add an account on the 7th day if as promised a pending order halting all changes is finally deleted.Horrendously bad customer service and I would advise everyone to completely avoid using Fidelity or if you ever need assistance you will be truly very very sorry.
I went to buy a cheap stock like others I've done previously. I got hit with an extra $50 charge on a.49 stock. They said it was a foreign charge and that it told me before purchase. It didn't say anything different than what I've read a bunch of other times.
Even if it wasn't going to them, they enabled it.
I've used fidelity for a while, but now I don't trust it.
The screen shoots should say my entire issue with the bots not actually doing anything for your customers or your app!
Tip for consumers:
Have a great day hope to see changes!!!!

Like the interface and research provided by your app but ease of use does not exist what so ever for anyone wishing to day trade and or use the app to buy stocks when I think it would definitely keep me being around to do so!!!!

Been a customer with them since 2016, honestly couldn't tell you why! Internet is CONSTANTLY going in and out, AT LEAST 15 times a day. If spectrum wouldn't have did us dirty, we would be with them. However, we may make the switch after all because this is absolutely ridiculous. For the price we pay our internet should work! Extremely disappointed. Another customer about to leave…
For many years, I'd contact my Financial Advisor at Fidelity every 3-6 months to discuss or tweak my portfolio. For the last 2 years he no longer receives my voicemails to schedule. Customer service has to send him a message which he eventually gets. He's confirmed I have the correct number. Gave me the number of his assistant. That worked once. Then no calls back. Same with emails. Online scheduling allows me to see his schedule, but not make an appointment. Customer service not interested. Tech support said many problems with tablets, try phone or computer. Same deal on computer. Phone worse…Fidelity site rejected my name and DOB! Advisor and fund performance are quite good, but inability to reach people and get help is appalling.
Very Lousy EFT Bank Money Transfer by Fidelity customer service. My money have being held hostage over six-days by fidelity. Very lousy customer service that can't release my EFT fund immediately That I need to use immediately to close on real estate transaction even though the money have been released by the bank immediately days ago. I don't recommend using EFT money transfer at fidelity. Very lousy EFT customer service and I am very disappointed to say the least.
To complain,I have to fill in tick boxes. If I tick other, they can't deal with it.It is impossible to send a secure message.
Their costs have gone up to £90 pa for small investors.Have spent a morning trying to close account online, impossible. I have now sent them snail mail letter, hope I don't lose any more money during the wait.Small investors not welcome.
The whole internet is a scam just like these brokers...they don't want to help you and you do not make any money. It's all lies
Tip for consumers:
It's all lies they are in it for thier own gain. They don't care about you so don't be deceived in thinking they do.

Horrible interface but the main reason is their associates will flat out lie to you and management doesn't care. Absolute scumbags who deserve the ABSOLUTE WORST in life.
Tip for consumers:
They will make you jump through hoops claiming at the end X will happen and when it doesn't they say sorry we'll try and train our associates better. F U Fidelity!
The computer at customer service incapable to answer basic questions. It does not understand P/E!
The customer service reps don't write or read English well. He does not understand there is a difference between sector and industry.
You ask a question via email, the reply is always the same "Due to currently high volumes, response times to general questions may be longer than usual"
Today I spent 1 hour an forty minutes on the phone with two customer representative who were trying to restore on-line access to my account. Earlier in the day I had spent about 40 minutes on the phone with another customer service rep, who had erroneously claimed he fixed the problem. After all of this, they said the only people who could help me had gone home for the day and to call back. (Most of the time I spent on the phone with customer service the people who can allegedly help me were there).
I waited on a phone call for an hour and they said that nothing could be done at the time. Note that this company is the one one of the few trading platforms I have. It is by far, the slowest and the rudest customer service I've experienced. The guy I was talking to let out a deep sigh when I was talking to him. It's not my problem that you signed up for the job, but don't lash it out to customers. If my company didn't choose fidelity as its Roth IRA platform, I would've transferred long ago. Better to stick with TD Ameritrade than this site.
I opened an account at Fidelity after years of bad experience at Charles Schwab. This company is just as bad. I have been on the phone for 1 hour, mostly on hold, trying to get a simple question answered. Nobody knows anything; any question you ask, they say "let me put you on hold for a brief second." Of course it's not a second, nor is it brief. And when I finally did get a person who knew something about the problem I was having, he was unable to solve it. If you open an account here, you're on your own with the website. Forget about customer support.
I was rolling over an Annuity. Mistake were made that cost me thousands. Their response was tough luck, close your accounts and go somewhere else. Be very cautious when choosing Fidelity.
After 2 weeks of giving them the correct banking information and paying well over 20% in penalties, my deposit has been rejected 4 times because they've purposely entered the account as a checking instead of a savings. Even put them on the phone with a banker directly. Now they've forced a mail in that can take a month or more for me to receive. OH yea, that's costing 25 more bucks. Thank you for absolutely nothing.
