Up till now it was fine. However the expected outcome was as I suspected: DECEIVING! Apparently there was no intention to give any final answer. This was just a ruse to get business for other parties. Very disappointed!
I started out showing interest in "new government programs that it sounded as if I might be able to qualify. Very quickly it slid into a loan/ lender search, & now I will receive a lot of calls from lenders that I do not want! The entire experience seems designed in "trickery", and I feel very angry!
Same story as everyone else. You contact us saying you have a lender and we do not owe anything on our home, but taxes we are getting paid in August. We have poor credit due to unexpected illnesses and haven't been able to get caught back up. Where did the lender go you said you already had.
My great concern was not what could happened to me we all get angry and say things we don't want to but my biggest concern was to make sure that solving the problem didn't harmed any person in any way i do have an appreciation for the family and her i had felt welcome more than anywhere lately and figured than wise people can always lead you in the right path
When I was in search of a new home, this service came in handy for me, mainly because of their offer, their platform.
It helped me to evaluate the sellers, their offers, compare them according to such parameters as price, for instance. They really have helped me and I am thankful to them for that.
Other than that, it's worth mentioning that they secure all the data of yours as they use advanced technologies for this purpose. So no worries, mates.
So far easy to understand. I have reviewed several companies. I prefer having a text message sent to me for my review from any company who would like. Would like to know the best interest rate and how much we can cash out. We have lived in this home for over 40 years and probably will not need this again. Thank in advance for responding.
It's so discouraging to start getting phone calls from lenders before I even complete the form! It's misleading and I feel like this is what always stops me from going any further! I just want a quote! I Don want a thousand and one harassing sales calls! Give me the bottom line and if it's good, the product sells itself! But now, because I tried a new "finder" service and once again was dumb enough to enter my phone number, I'm done. I don't wanna look any further!
This was meant to see if i qualify for a rate reduction, new program. All you did was put my info out there to lenders which resulted in 10 calls and texts to come in instantly, nothing about qualifying at all, just looks like a scam.
You advertised that the resulting benefit would be to see the value of my home compared to what I thought it to be. The average differences were said to be up to $40,000 increase. I DO NOT HAVE time for all the phone calls. I just wanted the information. Therefore I felt one star was generous because of the false advertising. Maybe I should have read your small print? I have poor eyesight and did not have a magnifying class close by. Buy that's my excuse. What's yours?
I thought I would get an idea of the rate and line of credit as the ad led me to believe. I don't want a bunch of emails or calls before I can see what I'm potentially dealing with first. Let the customer reach out to lender after they've looked it over. The customer might change their minds. Now you're stuck with unwanted emails and spam calls. This is why I gave a fake number and...I can unsubscribe from the emails.
I'm always looking to save money, but it sounds as if you are trying to trick me in refinancing. I'm satisfied where I'm on 2.25 % interest. I don't need any cash out. If anything show me how to pay off my loan in the next 5 - 7 years. Thanks.
I have been given NO info & resent the cattle prod. I am pushed thru your personal info extracting machine,& I don't like it. Hence the low rating! It's all about what U want/need from me. Frustrating
Did not expect telephone calls so quickly. Have the courtesy and send an email to introduce yourself first. Then tell the homeowner a little bit about the program and wait to see if they call you back.
The advertisement to get started appeared there was a government program that would give you monthly assistance, when it was actually trying to lure people into refinancing their current homes. This was very misleading and a scam
I do not wish to be inundated with phone calls. Why is correspondence via email not sufficient? It is misleading when you suggest the rates can be viewed. This is no different than other firms. Very sad.
Don't promise me a free quote on the next page only to show me a list of lenders who blow up my phone for the next 6 months! I just want to see the possibilities as your ad promised, and all this is is clickbait for harassing, high pressure sales calls. Gross.
Your advertising is deceptive. Lead in makes one think they're looking into a federal program, only to find it's nothing but a referral to mortgage brokers. Luckily, I did no to provide a valid #: your clients are intrusive over aggressive an a general pain.
Unsure how I feel yet. I went ahead onto the site because the ad said save on your mortgage with government program but it doesn't appear that was true. I at this point I think this is just another way to get my info to give to lenders and they're going to blow up my phone and email.
Ahh nothing to write home about so of course same here nothing to wrong good or bad it only allowed me to give my info and that was the end said lenders in that address's area would be calling me soon
I purchased some property and sold my house, just before all the inflation started. I decided not to move forward and wait hoping things would change.
Prices have somewhat reduced, but I'm still to make changes and cuts to afford it.
