I'm 30 minutes in to this and have not seen any quotes yet... you just took my information which I expect you'll give/provide/$ell to lenders and various others who will spend the next several days (at least) trying to reach me with with some kind of financial product or other. Off annoying of all is that the only way I'll ever actually get a quote if if I give all my info (again) to one or more of the lenders who call me!
Please remove my information. There was never a mention of your personal info was being given to loan companies. The whole thing started like this was a program.
I am not interested in being bombarded with calls or emails from sales people of any kind.
Quick and easy to use. Also follows up on any information about properties in your area. Including price drop or increase. And options for whatever you want to do. Eg. Buying, Refinancing or selling and gives you a list of lenders. Very good so far.
I field many calls from mortgage companies each week and so far have been wasting my time listening to their sales pitch which usually ends with "Sorry, we really can't help you." My credit score is based on problems with credit card companies. I am 81 years old and have never had an auto repossessed nor had a late mortgage payment except for a couple of months when my bank account was hacked and money stolen that caused several months of late payments which have been caught up. Apparently a history of on time mortgage payments and auto payments means nothing and I will await the usual answer..."Sorry, we cannot help you..."
A little misleading from the beginning and then my personal information is given by you to to others for marketing purposes even if I don't go through with what you're offering. Also it's misleading because it makes you input your info in the guise of "seeing if your property qualifies for this program."
Why do you email me to tell me that there are refinance possibilities but don't already have my info? Then you only provide names and phone numbers of lenders with no rate info! This is totally a waste of time.
Your website says I can get an answer right away to see if I qualify for money back.
Instead, once I fill in my info., I'm expected to research several other sites or wait for a phone call from a third party site.
Tell you what, how about you lose my info and don't bother me.
I prefer email information over having my phone blown up with constant offers and voice mail. When I'm ready, I'll contact you...I dont appreciate the harassment when all I wanted was information to study.
I just want information. I don't want dozens of calls a day. I'll take action by calling the agents when I'm ready. Any agent who does call will guarantee that I will NOT use him. One time an agent showed up at my house at dinner time. I made him leave, or I would have called the police. SO BEWARE! Wait to hear from me. If I decide to pursue it.
You say I would know my discount, but we both know that was a lie. This was just to get info so mortgage companies can call me with rates that won't be close to the 2.25% you showed in the beginning. Not all of us Americans are gullible.
It was easy to answer the questions. However it did not give me options to add additional information and the home we want to purchase here in Springfield area are less expensive then in other cities. I believe a little more detail when examining options should be given.
I have done this before and would like to get an answer without all of the annoying phone calls, texts and emails. It is absolutely insane! The sales people constantly hounding me like vultures. It truly turns my stomach!
The information provided can be misleading as it suggests that a refinancing rate would be offered without first collecting all of the customer's information. This can be deceiving and unfair to the customer so now I will have many companies and bank people calling me, and I won't be able to answer my phone. You need to make sure to honor your commitments and stay true to your beliefs by checking equity and making sure to follow through with honoring what you say I learned a new lesson, if it's 2 good to be true it probably is. My sincere regrets!
Why should I have to submit a phone number before seeing the lenders, and then they're just listed with no information? This is more like a way for you to spam call people rather than actually being helpful.
I don't want a ton of calls. Give their rates, then let me choose who to give my information to.
I don't want every lender and their dogs calling or messaging me. I was asked how much of a grant my property would qualify for. I did not request to shop around for lenders to put bids on a refinance. Your ad is misleading and it's bait and switch. Not appropriate. I'm so glad i didn't give my real number. Scammers!
Sucks, I am a business owner and still get pegged as a casualty, even though I've been able to keep myself out of foreclosure. I get it my fico is no longer an 810. I purchased this home in 2011, and life happened. But I've been able to keep it for 12+ years. Without an 810 fico score. So I really don't care how you think you're gonna help me. But please sell me your spiel. Lay it on real thick. Tell me how you will allow me to refinance for less than a 3.25 apr.
Should be more information about potential lenders before requiring email. The phone number requirement causes potential customers to think you are giving it to marketers. I will not use this service. List a number to call after providing information and you'll find a much higher conversion rate.
Why not offer the savings programs yourself instead of going through a third party? And you lied about the either no bombardment of phone calls or minimal. All they do is call multiple times a day, afternoon, and evening, It makes me want to say no to all, just because of that fact alone.
You responded with phone calls even before I finished filling out the application. And now you will have lending institutions do the same. I don't want a bunch of inquiries into my credit report. At this time I'd like to withdraw any information you have received and ask you to not pass it along.
So far, I have not received any hard information regarding whether I qualify for the benefits that are offered. I have experienced this kind of hype that lenders promote in order to get a property owner thinking he's going to get a financial windfall. If it's too good to believe, it likely won't happen.
