I responded to a mortgage rate offer that I later found was unrealistic. Because I responded to the offer, I was then inundated for two days with offers by phone and email unnecessarily since the offer was a marketing fabrication only.

I did know much about borrowing money but after a couple trying to get a lower insert rate

It took me 3 times to learn that every time went to lower the rate I Would
loose all the money I paid in. So I got my rate down. So that it for me. Just pay from now on just pay.

You have all the information you need when you say you have a quote. When i try to find out what the quote is we start out having to give the same information that you already have. Same routine over and over. If you have a quote then give it and i mite give you a better rating.
