More likely yes than no. I've had my issues with this site, but they were more about the users than the platform itself. Some men are just disgusting! And I think the support team should respond to such cases more promptly. Of course they blocked these scumbags, but not fast enough in my opinion. But in general, everything is fine. The design is nice and there are still enough decent men, fortunately!
