Staff was helpful in giving all info. Website was clear and concise, was easy to upload artwork and place order. Package was delivered on time and intact. I would definitely be a repeat customer and would recommend to others. The products I ordered are still in great condition. Ordering from china is by far a cheaper option however quality is compromised and delivery date may not be as promised.
We created some flags for outside promoting. Customer service was very patient with me and helped with our design and adjusting things throughout the way. The size and quality of the flags are very good but very pricey. I would like other options for less so I could order more and is aware the quality may be of less but that's ok.
The flags come in packaged for protection and when opened, the colors are sharp. The flags are very durable.
