I work in government and as a result was forced to use FCM. In summary, they are either very lazy, incredibly overworked or incompetent. No attention to detail when my enquiry was made. Dozens of emails back and forth to confirm trip details, which were often wrong. It's like they briefly read my query, answered it as quickly as possible, and went on with their day. My name (which is an easy one) was entered incorrectly in my hotel booking, and as a result I was stuck in the hotel foyer for 45 minutes while my info was confirmed. When I needed to change my flights home, they actually did that well, but I have been waiting for 3 months to receive my confirmation of flight credit. I have contacted them thrice since, and every time I am told to wait on an email with the information. No email has been received. I have wasted so much time with the FCM team, it's incredible...
Our previous travel agent was purchased by FCM travel. FCM has been a nightmare to deal with. Unresponsive except for the statement "we will look into it". No follow through. For example They don't know what tickets are used or unused. It took an agent 2 hours, over the phone, to book a southwest flight for the same day, only for the traveler to arrive at the airport with no flight booked. Name and KTN in the traveler profile is not being correctly sent to the airline and therefore not correctly on the ticket! No support for traveler with rental car reported as not returned.
I had experiences with several other travel agencies, and I have to say that the FCM is the worst travel agency I have experienced, Its customer service is always horrible, and he travel agents on the phone are not familiar with travel reservationss.
Keep away from FCM
Not transparent with their fees. Worst customer service.
Lost thousands of dollars with them. Can't get refund back after the airlines refunded them money.
I had got a DD issued through BookMyForex. And BookMyForex used FMC Travel's services to issue the DD and get it delivered to me. FCM created massive confusion and delayed the entire process. I received the DD just in time before my travel. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I was unable to travel and wanted to cancel my DD. BookMyForex really harassed me during the DD cancellation process without proper service and finally made me deal with FCM travels. FCM staff further harassed me, never responded on time. They have all incompetent people in the staff who do not respect the customer's time or efforts. Please don't go through FCM or BookMyForex, rather go via any bank directly for issuing DD.
Had great experienced with FCM Travel Solutions. They provide a very large variety of discounts. I will surely transact again with this great conpany.
They will not follow the eternity not friendly. They will change the plan without discussing with travellers.
