Purchased a shirt less than 2 weeks ago. It arrived today and I'm extremely satisfied with it. In fact I may order again for gifts. The item I bought is super comfortable cotton and it fits perfecto! And I'm a very picky finicky NY'er. Good job folks at FCKH8. I don't was the issues were with the previous owners but from my experience so far I couldn't ask for a better online shopping experience.

I got a confirmation email on June 7th for my order and since it says it can take 3 weeks to ship I waited until that time period to contact them. I contacted them 3 times with no reply. It has been 2 months now. I really wanted anti racism stickers and bracelet. A really low way to rip people off.

I ordered a shirt from this website, and I was in constant contact with their customer service reps because, it took an entire month just for them to ship it. I was starting to think the website was a scam. Thankfully they finally sent it after talking with three different people, and I received it two days after. If it wasn't a gift for christmas, I would have canceled it. When it did come in, I was worried it might have been to small, so I asked about their return policy and they said I would just have to pay the shipping cost, but I said forget it because by the time I send it back it would probably take them another month just to give me the bigger size, so it wasn't worth it. I would never recommend this website to anyone. It's a shame really because their merchandise is so appealing, but by the time it comes in, the interest is gone.

Emily, I am sorry about your experience. The reason that we ask for the customer to pay for returned shipping is because we provide a size chart on our website. Once you had sent back your shirt, we would have immediately sent you the exchange.

I ordered a shirt October 7th, was given tracking info and told it shipped October 11th. It's now November 3rd and still nothing! Don't use this site it's a total ripoff, you'll never get your items.

First, I love fckh8's videos. I've seen them all and I love what they're doing for homosexuality but as far as ordering from them. DON'T DO IT. I ordered one shirt and one pair of glasses which I paid full price for there were no discounts at the time. I paid for express shipping expecting to wear the shirt to school the next week. Nope. I ordered my items in March of last year and I had to wait until the very beginning of October before I received my items. I got an email in June saying that they had run out and they would try to get my items to me as fast as possible so I'm thinking okay it will get here in a week or two.

NOPE! I called and emailed and I finally got an answer back in mid August through email saying that I would get my items and free stuff since it took so long. I waited and waited until October when the package FINALLY came in and I got two free stickers and those little bracelet type things. I waited six months for two free stickers and a bracelet. Six months. But they had NO problem taking my money out the very minute I ordered. I wouldn't do business with them again even though I've seen some posts that they've changed and it's not like that anymore. I wouldn't chance it either.

I order two shirts for my daughter late July... was paid immediately through pay pal... She was UBER excited to get these and wear them at school to support the Gay Straight Aliance at her school as it is pretty active in the heart of redneck bible thumping baptist heaven... but 2 to 3 week later the tracking number was still showing same info that shipping info was received and nothing else... so I started attempting to contact company. I had no luck reaching a live person through their phone system AT ALL... no one answered any extentions at any time... always was voice mail... I also started emailing... and I was successfull at getting responses (1 -2 days later) that way. They will tell you they are better with email... and that much is true.

The first email was very appologetic... sorry we are swamped kind of email we will get you updated shipping info on that number end of this week... I was ok with that but not super happy... still no idea when they would be coming. Then I checked the tracking number again... end of week... exact same thing... then I took the tracking number to USPS site direct... thought maybe its a glitch through FCKH8 site... and the number is not even a valid USPS tracking number... THEN I GOT VERY CONCERNED THAT THIS WAS A SCAM and started calling and emailing again 7th week no product...

First asking to talk to real customer service person... then saying ok... ENOUGH... I want a refund and will be contacting Ohio State Attorney General, Columbus City PD and Chamber of Commerace about your poor customer service and ask for an investigation as to whether or not you do actually fill any orders.

The response was again in email and this time LESS than 24 hours and a bit snippy about how unnecessary that would be to contact all those angencies and all I had to do was ask for a refund... REALLY? My account was however refunded in full within 24 hours... I think perhaps the fact I paid through Pay Pal made it more urgent and perhaps easier for the company to do quickly.

I am very sad it came to this... my daughter is hugely disappointed and very angry at me for cancling the order. I will still be contact these agencies and I would encourage others to do so not in a spiteful way but in a sincere and truthful way about what the issues are so that they can reslove them and perhaps get the company on the right side of business practices.

My gut feeling is this is a group of kids (maybe young adults) that had NO IDEA HOW MUCH business this would generate and have NO IDEA how to logistically accomplish what they need to... to make the business end work... they are GREAT WITH VIDEO... They need to hire a webmaster and buisness CEO to handle the logistical side so they can utilize the money they are generating rather than being forced to refund it because they cannot fullfill the promises on the website.

I hope they work it out soon.
