Destroying customers goods

Ordered 1 x 5 Lt bottle of sanitizer never turned up my tracking history stated after almost 3 weeks no one at delivery address parcel was taken back to fastway couriers bendigo depot and could be colected from their id been home all week no courier turned up and my box wasn't carded i wondered what was going on i contacted i tryed calling fastways in Bendigo 15 times over 10 days but each time get the automated messsge telling all out operators are busy and one will be with you shortly you stay on the line for 10 to 15 min the music stops playing the ph starts ringing and then it runs you back through the same message again running a loop i contacted the supplier and told them my box wasn't carded iv been home all week and my parcel was taken back to fastways depot in Bendigo and they want me to pick it up from there i explained this was a 2 1/2 hour round trip they supplier was the best couldn't do enough to help me they said we can give you a refund or post out another item i asked them to post another 5Lt container of sanitizer out but to a different address because this is a business and is always open the supplier said that will go out today and if i happened to go to Bendigo in the near future to call into Fastways and collect the first item and i could have this at no charge for the inconvenience around 2 weeks later my tracking history told me my parcel had been delivered at the new address on the 9/8/20 this was a sunday and fastway couriers don't deliver Sunday's their was nothing at the new address so i waited all day monday and still nothing turned up i drove to fastways Bendigo to retrieve both parcels i rand the bell on the door and waited 5 to 6 min the door opened up 1/2" and it was what can i do for you i started to explain the tracking messages i got and i was told i don't need to know that i just need the tracking N0 this lady was rude rude rude 10 min standing there waiting when 2 other guys pulled up also waiting for assistance and one guy wasn't happy his parcel was also missing this rude lady came back cracked the door open and told me my items were destroyed i said what do you mean destroyed it was classed as dangerous goods and its been destroyed i said well my tracking history said my first order was brought back to this depot and now you telling me you've destroyed it the second tracking history stated the delivery had been made sunday rubbish she said we don't deliver sundays i said well its Monday and still nothing has been delivered but it stated in my tracking history it's been dropped off she said both parcels had been destroyed i asked why no one answers the ph here as iv been trying to contact fastway couriers for the past 10 days and no one takes my call rubbish she told me i was calling the wrong N0 i opened my call log read the number out to this rude... she said it was correct i asked her what gives you the right to destroy customers property she said it was classed as dangerous goods i said if that was the case why would you pick it up in the first place she then told me that the package had been disguised i told her i don't believe that and she slammed the door shut as i was getting in my car one of the other customers that had been waiting for service said to me their never using this in not so many nice words... again and said did your stuff go missing to no it was destroyed that old chestnut he said burst open and leaking i said well they destroyed it saying it was dangerous goods sounds like he was fed up with this courier service i sat in my car and listen to her arguing with this guy while i rang my supplies to inform them both parcels had been destroyed and their company had implicated in a cover up he said what your been accused of disguising the parcels he told me they were 2x 5Lt bottles of sanitizer with the postal info stuck on the back of the containers he said they were not boxed wrapped just the container as you see it in the pic he said they had tried several times to call fastways after my first contact to get it sorted he said we email them and still hasn't got a reply back he said they would refund the money and open an investigation as they have had no problems with the same items being delivered before but to much stuff going missing or destroyed

Fastway Bendigo, the courier that does not deliver.
Last week I was home when all day when they supposedly tried to deliver a large parcel to my home; a card was left. On the Fastway website you can fill out a form to have your item redelivered; which I completed. No parcel arrived on the selected date. When I called the Bendigo depot the women who answered the phone refused to help me and would not look up any details. I called there head office in Melbourne three times to resolve the issue. Despite emails and requests sent to Bendigo I received no response.
After trying to call them the last couple of days someone finally answered the phone again at Bendigo depot; the same toxic women I talked with previously. I asked if they had my parcel on board for delivery today, my son's birthday present and was told that they don't do redeliveries today. "It's been a week, when do you do them?" I asked. No response. I advised that I would be sending a reliable courier to pick up my item as it is large and I cannot get out there with three boys under four to pick it up without a car. I enquired if someone would actually be present at their office for Pack and Send, a helpful courier in Bendigo, to pick it up for me. This is not the first time this has happened. I have been out there in the past during their supposed opening hours to pick up a parcel that should have been delivered in the first place, to find no one there. MS toxic hung up on me without answering.
I have written and called Melbourne to lodge a complaint now and in the past to have something done about their Bendigo branch; still the same inefficient, rude people run the franchise.
Unfortunately I am not alone in my despair for this wretched company. I have spoken with a number of people, many elderly, who have been at home and been left a card, Bendigo depot refusing to deliver to people with no ability to pick it up.
To the people of Bendigo I advise that if you are making an order ensure that Fastway is not the courier, you're throwing money away on delivery that does not occur. To businesses delivering to customers in this area I implore you not to use Fastway, unless you enjoy angry customers. There seem to be no repercussions for this franchise; any inept imbecile can get in. If anyone at Melbourne Fastway is reading this you need to get better people to run this depot.
