It's now been 2 months since we purchase Word 16 from them.
Should have known how they would be when the "upgraded" me to Home/Student version. We are using the professional version of office, and this would not work so they give me a license for Office professional, which we did not want/need. From there they kept trying to have us install the software, but this is for a production auto tester and we cannot install any software on the system. They were told this over 8 time with nothing sinking in to this fact and they kept trying to have me install the software rather than just giving me a license.
Now, 2 months later, they will not respond to any chats, help requests, and replies to my emails.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The best warning I can provide. Stay clear of them.
