Don't expect any support

I purchased Office 2019 and had a problem with Word. I have been trying to get the problem fixed which they haven't even attempted, in fact ignore me when I tell them the problem. I have tried to get a refund and they ignore that too. Unless you want to waste your money and get really pissed off, don't deal with them
