Victor was an exceptional agent. He cared so much about being accurate. We were searching for cheapest flights from San Francisco to Las Vegas. This attitude was in his voice and manner clearly over the phone. Very nice and friendly. Thank you, Victor.
I had a family emergency and booked through their website. I had to book for the next day to get to see my loved one. They sent me a confirmation of my booking then never sent my boarding passes. I called this morning and 5 hours before my supposed flight they said they were refunding me because the flight was overbooked. I called the carrier and this was not true. They still had seats available at full price! I hope my loved one lives long enough for me to get there! I would give them no stars if I could!

Victor was helpful and knowledgeable. Her foreign accent was easy to understand. My only complaint is with the airline, not Fareskart, really and that was the inability to select seat assignments.
