Fairy Glen

Bought this for my 13 year old niece for her birthday. She hadn't ever been exposed to Steampunk and loved the necklace. (She normally is not a jewelry girl).
The puzzle, although not completed yet, fell right into her reading and fantasy interests. Both gifts were Very well received and came in great time.

Easy, no problems except item is smaller than stated on site.

72x54 is advertised and mine is 71x52 w fringe. Im concerned about washing it and it shrinking//?

May I return for exchange or refund?

website is easy to use. nice selection. love that you carry the mountain t-shirts. my favorite brand. was a little confusing that not all shirts could be found in one place. some i had to discover while looking under different titles such as dragonfly gifts.

pretty easy to use web site, except I couldn't find a 'continue shopping' button when I wanted to add more items to my cart. I had to open up a new web page to add more items.

Your selection is fantastic and so eclectic! I love that I've found this via my purchase from Bard Games, the coupon code was an awesome addition. I do think your website could use some work streamlining and improving the search and browse features. It felt a little clunky and wasn't easy to navigate, at least on my phone. It could be your mobile interface that needs the work. However, I will definitely be back to the site for more! Thank you!

I called 3 x's before this order was placed because I wanted to see if I could get an e-mail showing the items I have bought .....I never got an answer or a call back after leaving a message...my orders have always been pewter dragons as b-day gifts and I can't remember all I have purchased...I don't want to give this person the same item twice...so I would appreciate it if I could get that e-mail

The website is a little low-quality, but besides that it's good! Pictures, prices, item descriptions and everything were sufficient, and I loved the guide for receiving things before Christmas!

Also, the product arrived SLIGHTLY damaged (one of the dragon's horn tips had broken off), but it's barely noticeable.

Found site while trying to find an urn for Magellan...my 15 yr old cat that I raised since he was one week old. He was the most loving cat I've ever seen, and I've had cats since I was 7. My valiant warrior left my Oct.19, and I needed something special for him, until we meet again.

I know you need to make money... Everyone does, but I would think of buying more if I was able to get like a 15% off a purchase over 300 dollars. Still will buy from you cause you have quality stuff. The 15% thing won't stop me from vistiting though. Thank you for having your site it is great.

Unfortunately, I received two damaged fairy's and am still waiting for a replacement for the second. Was informed it was not in stock but would ship as soon as it is but have yet to see it. Other than that, excellent site, products and service.

First 2 attempts to I put info didn't work. Kept sending backwards. Came back next day and it worked.

You have a great selection however your delivery minimum is very high. Wish it was a little lower. Still excited for my purchase and think they will make for great gifts.

Super easy and quick. Would have given 5 stars for a bit more detail on the product, such as if the water bottle was could be washed in the dishwasher, etc. Checkout was great.

I've used the site before and concerned that there is an issue within the functionality of the Fairy Glen website. I do hope it does not result in a problem for my order. Last year my order was considerably late in delivery from when it was estimated to occur.

I love y'alls site. I love everything I've ever bought. I would've given 5 stars across the board except I was let know too late that it wasn't in stock and not gonna be here for my husband's bday. But it still arrived in a timely manner box was great dragon was great everything was great. He ended up getting something else I ordered that wasn't supposed to be here for the day lol. So it worked out. But thank you very much. Nvr had a quality issue although I tend not to buy the cheapest ones. Thanx so much!!!!
