I placed two orders on November 15 thinking I was really ahead of the Christmas rush. By December 20 I had received nothing. They charged me for both on November 15 even though orders had not been shipped. Jacob, their help guy is actually awesome. He finally figured out they didn't have one of my items so we cancelled both items for that order. I gave up on the 2nd order and cancelled it on December 20. I was able to get my refunds. Will I use Fairy Glen again? No, they were unable to provide what they advertised. Covid issues or not, they ruined some Christmas surprises for my grandchildren. If you read their web site now it has a huge list of what they can or cannot do.
Placed an order over a month ago and it still has not shipped. 3 weeks ago I was told it would ship within a week. Yesterday I was told it would ship in 2 - 3 weeks. They have already charged my credit card for the order and charged me $12 to ship it. This was a birthday present that took place 2 weeks ago. Website said items would ship in 5-7 days. Ha! What a joke!
Website had lots of items to choose from. Item was as described. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because I ordered it 12/24 & received it 1/23. I was never notified about the delay. I had to call & they then told me it was on backorder. Luckily I didn't need the item until February.
I Ordered Two Witches Cauldrons On 10 Nov. 2020 Order #FG-*******. And Its 23 Jan. 2021 And They Never Arrived. They Where A Xmas Gift. So Please Send Them Or Refund My Money.
