I placed two orders on November 15 thinking I was really ahead of the Christmas rush. By December 20 I had received nothing. They charged me for both on November 15 even though orders had not been shipped. Jacob, their help guy is actually awesome. He finally figured out they didn't have one of my items so we cancelled both items for that order. I gave up on the 2nd order and cancelled it on December 20. I was able to get my refunds. Will I use Fairy Glen again? No, they were unable to provide what they advertised. Covid issues or not, they ruined some Christmas surprises for my grandchildren. If you read their web site now it has a huge list of what they can or cannot do.

I am one to give credit where credit is due. I ordered a few days ago the Odin riding Sleipnir statue with a wolf by his side, and yesterday I received it through shipping. This is the first I've seen a statue at that wonderful quality and not bad of a price, and they even got the legs of Sleipnir very well crafted and it doesn't look at all crappy. I had gotten it for my boyfriend seeing as he's Asatru and he was at a loss for words when I surprised him with it. I am ecstatic about the friendly and very prompt customer service, checkout, and the amount of time for delivery. I will be purchasing from Fairy Glen again. The only down side I could possibly see about the product was the spear was plastic and does bend a bit, but I, nor my boyfriend, are bothered by it in the slightest.

I ordered 4 book fairies on 4/11/20, I have received no update or correspondence of any kind and it is now 5/15/20. My correspondence went to a wrong email so it's hard to respond when you don't receive the email. Joe the owner got back to me promptly the next business day and fixed my issues. One of the items I ordered is out of stock and back ordered. The other three are on there way. Very pleasant and courteous over the phone and I do love their products. Thanks Joe

I ordered a few puzzles to keep busy during quarantine. There are obviously major shipping delays because WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC, but any time I asked for an order update, customer service responded IMMEDIATELY, keeping me in the know. I mostly wanted order updates because I am leaving my home soon to go to a family member's for the summer and wanted to change my delivery address. They were SO QUICK to respond and update for me. Then, my plans changed again and my whereabouts are completely up in the air and so I asked to cancel the order completely. I am customer service's WORST NIGHTMARE, but they kindly and happily canceled the order for a full refund since it had not shipped yet! They could not have been more easily accessible and ready to help and I am grateful. Looking forward to making some puzzle purchases in the future!

This is a bad company that refuses to offer fair customer. I ordered a $70 statue that was defective to ask for a replacement and was told they're all the same, even though the photo on the website had been beautiful. Meanwhile, a second statute arrived that I had ordered, the same model, and it was perfect -- just like the photo. I called again, talked to the owner, and was told I would have to pay for return shipping of the bad one, and IF he was able to work something out with the manufacturer, MAYBE he could "do something about it." It would cost me a fortune to mail back that heavy statue, and with not even any promise that he would replace it. This guy just wants your money. He could care less whether you're happy and if what he is selling is quality.
