Great customer service!

We wanted to return an unused item but it was past the 60-day mark. We reached out to the company owner and she graciously made an exception and issued us a $298 credit. We are truly impressed at the speed of her response.

Made in Bangladesh

I bought 5 $100+ shirts. Every tag said, "Made in Vietnam," "Made in Bangladesh," "'Made in India." I asked customer service what their policy was on the labor they use. The rep politely said "we're good" and emailed a 32 page report that says God knows what.
Sustainable fabrics that support slave labor. Even on sale, not worth it. I'm going back to American Giant clothes. www.fahertybrand.com btw they changed their website lol
