I order phones from these people and I ask the guy Christopher if the belt clips come with the phones and he said yes, I said r u sure? He said yes 3 clips. Got the phones today no belt clips... called and customer service said the belt clips were't included asked to talk to Christopher she said he wasn't there... I said I bet he isn't... called using another phone and he was there... so to me they r all bald face liars... come to find out they r refurbished phones which was not stated on their site beside belt clips are included. I hope people read most of these reviews... l do!
