Ordered a manual that was delivered in a file format that was huge and required multiple other downloads and would not work on any device I tried. Requested a pdf or common format and was told it would cost double what I paid. Asked for a refund and was told once they send the link you own it. Can't use the product as many others can't. Read reviews carefully
I chatted with these clowns in Bulgaria and asked if I was receiving a PDF of a rean Nissan Rogue 2019 factory service manual They said yes and I paid $62.99. A few mins later I received a PDF of a 1970's popular mechanics car care book. Worthless. I complained to them and Amex. Not sure how this will resolve.
