I purchased IPhone 12 Pro for Christmas gift. The site says in stock and shipping 5-7 days. I had to ask for receipt and when I asked about shipping, I got no response. I have emailed them a dozen times asking for refund or information. Do not order from them. There is no actual customer service, only recording. I have started the process through my bank to get refund, but I really just want an explanation
Scam, No Customer service, Only automated phone services and automated email replies. Refund requested through my bank, As it's impossible to get anyone else to reply. Because it's a scam site! I ordered on Dec.15th & even though it says my order shipped, I have never received it, nor have I been provided tracking or carrier details or any information what so ever!]]]
I spent $290.80 for refurbished phone they stated that they were going to send an email confirmation number which they never sent tried to contact them and could not had to dispute it with the bank because i never received the package in the mail.
